Every news report skipping over the judge’s comments just prior to handing out the sentence. Her words very eloquently articulated the issue of racism in America and every news report does not even mention it. That is a major problem in this whole thing. America and Americans just don’t want to handle and face the issue of racism in their country. That country is suffering some terrible issues of denial and psychopathy. This is not normal.

My heart goes out to all the victims of this monster. A friend of mine was there and was almost killed by him. She turned around and was face to face with him and once he saw she was white he specifically said "oh sorry" and kept on shooting.

Here in Sweden he would get out in about 10 years, and pray he's rehabilitated. And I don't think how I feel about that

The first victim in blue being shotted I felt so sad on behalf of him. She does not even do anything deviant practises, but something tremendous and unfortunate circumstances have come to him without the consent of her expectations. She does even walk peacefully without harming people and remain himself in terrain society till in that moment of her death.

The court system is backed up, too many crimes and not enough Judges, Assistant District Attorneys and public defenders to put them away. Plus, think about all the cases put on hold from the Covid-19 Pandemic, all those need to be addressed too. How hard is he allowed to kick? And what if the prisoner kills the person in a fight? What if a 150 kg martial artist rapes a child? Then they let the father go, the father (obviously) does not dare to attack, and the rapist can humiliate him with a smirk and some nasty comment. Strong, fit, capable rapists would get less justice than the fragile ones, who would be beaten half dead by angry fathers. Oh, and wrongful convictions in all the less obvious cases. Let an angry person beat the prisoner, find out some years later that it was a mistake. How do you compensate the wrongfully convicted? Even when you have to calculate lost years alone, these cases are tough enogh. Now what? can you calculate how crushed his crushed balls are and what he lost with all that crushing? discipline is enforced for a reason. without it, any sentencing would be a bad joke horror show by the way, do you really wanna fund crime? Think about it. IF they give the family those 5 minutes, every rich family will find a tough guy they can hire for their 5 minutes. If you lose somebody, and if you somehow cannot hire such a tough guy for the five minutes you get, then your lost loved one gets less justice = his / her murderer does not get beaten half dead.
