    • Three years is a long time. Also, the sentence was 3-15 years assuming that if she was on good behavior and did not seem she needed the extended years, she was let out. She is able to learn from what she did, we cannot treat every single person who has committed a crime like they’re incapable of learning. You cannot hold this woman to a serial killer, there is a reason for this sentencing. She took someones life, therefore her life was spent for three years in prison.

    • While I think the minimum time should have been more, if the Defendant didn't have any previous criminal convictions and Plead Guilty, State Law might strictly limit possible sentencing. She still got 12 years on Parole, and it wasn't Intentional Homicide, but I think she still should have gotten at least 10 years before Parole.

He told me he was a good kid trying to act tough by saying he did the crime, but he knew he and his cousin hadn't committed the crime. My dad hated that particular DA, investigator that were in the first trail. DA was adamant of just having a crime "solved" for political reasons, like many DAs unfortunately are.
