BOAT HEADING INTO DANGEROUS WAVES! | Boats vs Haulover Inlet
Waves started to pick up and this bow rider is not equipped to deal with Haulover Inlet today. Larger boats crush the inlet while the smaller ones are at the mercy of Haulover.

Would you guys have gone back to recover the cushion?
How many subs do u have
I am getting a boat
Not if I had the money for a Midnight😁
Yup but im also poor........
I hope they tipped the jet ski fellow. $$$
Bro who knew watching boats go through a dangerous Inlet would be so entertaining. Don't stop making these videos they are so addicting
Yes lmao
Right!! So simple but hypnotizing.
Haahhha yea I started watching and can't stop. What I see some of these boaters doing is crazy.and 99.9% have no life jackets
Wavy Boats
Very dangerous 😎
This is how you do it. Raw, no stupid music. Natural sounds. Take note, future KZheadrs
He’s also doing very well and letting KZhead stuff his videos with commercials everyone needs to do that I hate these awful videos without wall-to-wall commercials
@@Inpreesme skip to the end then go back to the beginning it gets rid of all the ads
Youre on point on this one brother
Agreed. I love that there isn't ridiculous music
@@Inpreesme; I never get commercials
Some of the jet ski riders can be a pain when it comes to boat traffic. But the ones that are out there alot have rescued boaters, people swimming and helping out in general and no one knows.. Great job this this guy..
They are a big help at Haulover when things go wrong. 👍
Was actually a Waverunner. And he saved the day for sure but towards the end it looked like his hull lightly touched a rock. Hopefully the rash wasn’t too bad for his sake.
@@Gmtail no good deed goes unpunished
JazlDazl Unfortunately true most of the time. It can get especially painful on the Yamaha Waverunner hulls because they are super thin and use a “Nano” technology as they like to call it. So he’d need to go to someone that knows how to work with that material, if there is indeed an rash or crack.
Wave runner, jet ski, water craft.. same..
My man in the mako tried to play it off cool after he got soaked. I like it
His hair and sunglasses did not move.
No sense in stopping.
Haha yeah I meant to do that.
He's "your man?" Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Steve ok.
Somehow I've become addicted to this channel, there is something very soporific about watching boats bash their way through the swell. I'm from the UK, and we do things differently over here, mostly because the weather is so shit, but I've learnt something already from wavy Boats: I want a Hydra Sports boat with at least 4 engines with a combined 2000hp output minimum. Donations gratefully received. Thank you, and lots of love from your "special relationship" friends
You've got people running to their dictionary.
Thankyou from Scotland 🏴 for giving me some entertainment in these tough times👍🏻 All the very best of health to you and everyone watching 🚤
My brother-in-law was a commercial fisherman in the 80's. My sister is 10 years older than I. I used to like spending summers with them. I was a teenager, and passed lots of time sitting on the rocks of the jetty, watching boats roll in and out. So I really enjoy watching your videos...takes me back, and it's just so pleasant and entertaining. I appreciate the lack of commentary and musíc.
If I lived down there, I would go and hang out there all the time just watching this!!! So entertaining!!! 😆 🤙🏽
Lol, it's hilarious when that captain did a about face when he realized he didn't want any part of those rough conditions. 🤣🤣😁😀
shaqblack2 I guess better to work it out before you get in the sh#t ... wish I did that more often
Smart move
Pretty sure the wife had veto power on that decision to go out, lol.
Well it's not clever to keep going if you don't want too. What's hilarious is your weird reasoning. "Oh hilarious this bloke did the sensible thing" 🙄
@shaqblack2 at wich time?
This is as satisfying as the 11-8 Bridge videos.
Lol. I watch both
Did you know they raised it?
I instantly knew the trump flag boat was going to responsibly navigate the waves perfectly in that little single engine
Finally. A youtuber who doesn’t talk and has great videos + 1 subscribe 👍🏾
3:14 “Oh Buffy, hang on to that Martini dear- we’ve got some rather large waves to manage...”
Buffy : *clutching pearls * This inlet is going to get a bad yelp review for this.!
Every time I watch the freeman boat go in or out of that inlet a.m. absolutely amazed at how smooth this boat handles the rough water.
Dude on the ski tho! Never seen slow tight maneuvering like that. Jetty rap no problem 😎. Think ski pilot wins this floatilla.
i find these Haulover videos relaxing. Man Florida has some amazing boats.
It's great that you give boat and motor info. Keep up the great work. 👍
I love how you let us know what the boats are 👍. I honestly never thought I'd be watching a video like this but I find this very entertaining! ✌😎👍
Agreed 😑👍
WOW, that Scout is beautiful!
The last blue huge one with family up front "What waves?" 😂
The gentleman on the jetski can actually really handle it, slow confined handling, tip top. Ebay chat hilarious!
Thanks for the great content. The mystery boat is a 33 hydrasports
I just wanted to say we love your videos. I work at a marina in Maryland and my coworkers and I watch these all the time and can't get enough. Don't stop 👍
Thanks for taking the time to video record these interest situations where there is a tango with boat/yatch and water. This actually helps me wind down for rest ironically. Keep up the great work.
That Hydra Sports at 3:30 came through like a champ! Great vid Wavy!!!
Lol, it's hilarious when that captain did a about face when he realized he didn't want any part of those rough conditions. 🤣🤣😁😀
Mako was doing great until he wasn’t! That 42 Outrage is sweeeet!
I can't believe how hooked i am on these videos. I would have never thought this could be so interesting to watch!
The Jet Ski cushion saving guy had the best nav skills of the whole lot.
Those big cats are no joke! They make it look so easy.
Thanks for the identification comments, we don’t see most of these boats here in Australia
That scout busted on in like a boss
Boat #1 - clear demonstration of what a flares bow is good for. Boat #2 - another boat meant for a lake should have stayed inside, and dang, I thought he was going so good at first then panicked and pulled back on the throttle. @8:00 contender shows how to get in an inlet without swamping and without stress fractured hull - great job Capt!
Gotta say, even though he took on water, that little guy by himself powered through the waves just like he should have.
El Niño!
@@vincentdombrowski4876 Friend: "why's your boat called El Nino?" That guy:
That's not how you do it. You slow to match wave frequency. Professional commercial fisherman.
BattleCat is so elegant flying over the waves.
My new phone shows the waves, spray and beautiful blues and greens of the ocean in crisp detail. I just love watching these vids!
These videos are so mesmerizing. I'd love to see them in person
Another great video! Thank Wavy!
The mystery boat is the Booty Barge 2020 with triple D outboobs. Nice 👍🏻
That Scout sure handles these waves. Possibly the best handling boat I've seen here!
Beautiful green water! 🌊🥰 While boats fight, the yatch flows.
Incredibly clear ! That's some great camera. Good action too.
Thanks Gary, glad you're enjoying it! 🍻

Bellissimo video
I love haul over park fishing 🚣♀️ boating beaches picnics etc Steve from NEW England!
I still don't understand how some one gives this and other videos thumbs down. I guess there is always some in the crowd. 👍👍👍👍👍
Or they're the owners that stuff their bow
Really impressed how that scout cut through the waves
@@mannylopez7661 the freeman ride is just unmatched
Really enjoy these videos, thanks for the uploads
Chaparral...Not Today. Back to Lake Okeechobee for you.
Sand bar!
Ray Zickrick Why do lake boats even attempt it?
He could have made it. I think he was just playing in the waves.
Awful boats. I was a service advisor at a dealership in 2005/6 and I was assigned to Chaparral and Robalo (Chap builds Robs now). I was mortified by how poorly built they were...it was appalling. I had to leave the job bc the volume of pissed off customers was overwhelming. I could go on and on about all the problems I saw behind the scenes.
Wife was probably screaming at him
The mystery boat had a load of babes on board, and it looked like it needed its hull cleaned. Those babes deserve a clean boat.
That's a good point Gary. I'm amazed at all of these expensive boats with their cruddy hulls. Ugh ... clean em up!
5:05 load of baberinos

Looked like an older Sea Hunt.
@@potatopobobot4231 babeskies !!!!
People really don’t understand or have a clue about the power of the ocean or moving water. I love watching the vids. Thanks!
For some unknown reason I find these videos mesmerising
Looks like the Captain of the Mako had to change his shorts for round 2.
I think he was regretting not putting his rain gear on.
I love these videos but I can't watch anymore because KZhead has an ad every minute. They just crush your great content.
0:46 The perfect moment to bring up the old "Because I care so much about your safety, now this is why we need to redraw on the house to get a quad 400r hydra"
That first boat looked Beautiful cuttin Thru those waves!!
That last boat, the yacht, is gorgeous. The design, the color, everything looks top notch.
I cannot believe the amount of kids without Life jackets on. I believe kids12 and under are required to wear one.
Make rules for YOUR kids and leave people alone.
Its florida haha
Florida population control !
Your videos are soooo crystal clear !!
Great to see a couple of British yachts (Fairline and Sunseeker) over there!
Great video. Beautiful high-speed boats.
Please explain the appeal to high speed boats

The Midnight Express at 2:46 is flying a Province of Ontario flag. Interesting.

Waiting to see "Slice of Life" on one of these videos...
Just don't find yourself on it lol... or getting tossed out of it in bags!
Yatch came through like a boss!
In all the vids I watch of yours, I have yet to see a Bertram 31" Sport Fisherman. That was a fabulous boat for such waters.
A lot of these smaller boats are going straight into the next wave without having their bow trimmed up. It's a wonder they get thru there at all.
I will always wonder why little boats continue to do this only to turn around when they're almost through only to risk capsized
Always love that you show the boat brand names and powerplant(s)
Lovin this channel!! One of my new favs!!
Mako- “I’m just gonna send it!”
Hey Wavy, A lot of the passerby’s seem to know you. Love your channel.
They don’t. He’s probably waving at them, for starters. Secondly, it’s nautical etiquette to wave at and acknowledge others on the water....pond, lake, ocean, doesn’t matter, really...everybody waves. It’s one of the curious little things about boating that doesn’t seem to exist in any other subculture in quite the same way.
@@manifestgtr Except for Bikers, vw beetle, jeep owners.
Man that Scout rides nice and dry. Impressive.
Haha, nice little cushion caper! And it's always exciting to see a loose anchor punching holes in the gelcoat....
wow... what a great video! what day of the week was this filmed? rare to see so many competent captains actually using their boats the right way in or out of the inlet! Pleasantly surprised at how many did it right!
Hi there. I know it is a bit late but just watch the video and I was wondering about what would be the right way of crossing this inlet. Would u please explain? ELI5 if possible 😅
"hello coast guard, get ready to search for my body in about a month""
It’s been a month 😂
@@johnnybravo3912 week later still nothing 😂
4 months... ?
Just accept it. He's dead
Jet ski guy is the man! 😎
The windscreen wiper of boat #1 had me in stitches... 🤣🤣🤣
That Neptune got it done
I find it really cool you do the research abd show the name and brand of all the boats
Love the vids man
This and every other Haulover video shows two really basic errors: no lifejackets and a belief that you can somehow defeat big waves by using maximum power. Seamanship absent on both counts! Bill Dixon
Even better, what percentage are running with dead man leashes? ...
I guess you are one of those people who think OTHER peoples lives and safety somehow are your business
@@integr8er66 These skippers have passengers, so they are responsible for other peoples' safety, often children. I assume that if you go out in a boat with other people, you would do the same. If you drive a car, you follow the rules of the road, don't you? That's other peoples' safety. Or are you one of those Americans we keep hearing about who think that other people don't matter?
5:49 PMURT 0202
That's gotta feel awsome driving from the upper deck on the fishing boat, just sending it over the waves
Those guys going out on the 15'-20' single engine boat............are NUTZ! The ocean is mean....
I would have gone back or flagged a jet ski to assist. My question did they secure the rest of the cushions? At 8:34 you can see a second cushion attempting to take flight.
Nothing like preparing to get underway is there?
Exactly. It was only a matter of time before the 2nd cushion fell out & it didn't appear like either of the two men were going to secure it. Beautiful boat though & I love the Quad 400s.
3:55 Freeman 37VH seems to have a good design to cope with rough waves...
That was my first thought watching it. Impressive boat, always thought they were butt ugly but wow does she fly.
Miami Spice ! Great video, thanks Wavy ! 👍 🇨🇦
The Fairlane Targa was a nice looking boat/ship!
8:15 my god, the boat is dismantling.
