This is the end Beautiful friend This is the end My only friend, the end Of our elaborate plans, the end Of everything that stands, the end No safety or surprise, the end I'll never look into your eyes again Can you picture what will be? So limitless and free Desperately in need Of some stranger's hand In a desperate land Lost in a Roman wilderness of pain And all the children are insane All the children are insane Waiting for the summer rain, yeah There's danger on the edge of town Ride the King's Highway, baby Weird scenes inside the gold mine Ride the highway west, baby Ride the snake, ride the snake To the lake, the ancient lake, baby The snake, he's long, seven miles Ride the snake He's old and his skin is cold The west is the best The west is the best Get here and we'll do the rest The blue bus is calling us The blue bus is calling us Driver, where you taking us? The killer awoke before dawn He put his boots on He took a face from the ancient gallery And he walked on down the hall He went into the room where his sister lived, and then he Paid a visit to his brother, and then he He walked on down the hall, and And he came to a door And he looked inside "Father?" "Yes, son?" "I want to kill you" "Mother? I want to..." Come on baby, take a chance with us Come on baby, take a chance with us Come on baby, take a chance with us And meet me at the back of the blue bus Doin' a blue rug, on a blue bus, doin' a Come on yeah Fuck, fuck-ah, yeah Fuck, fuck Fuck, fuck Fuck, fuck, fuck yeah! Come on baby, come on Fuck me baby, fuck yeah Whoa Fuck, fuck, fuck, yeah! Fuck, yeah, come on baby Fuck me baby, fuck fuck Whoa, whoa, whoa, yeah Fuck yeah, do it, yeah Come on! Huh, huh, huh, huh, yeah Alright Kill, kill, kill, kill, kill, kill This is the end Beautiful friend This is the end My only friend, the end It hurts to set you free But you'll never follow me The end of laughter and soft lies The end of nights we tried to die This is the end

Robby is omitted from every guitarist list ever made. Such a shame because he could play jazz, blues, classical or straight up rock on his guitar. Name me others who could do this?!
Robert Willi everybody
The Doors knocked out of the stadium with this version. I mean wow.
The perfect song for a Vietnam war movie and the perfect beginning chant
One of the best performance of this song
Perfeito. A banda arrasou. E o Jim...maravilhoso.
They were beyond great 👍
how many fingers.. on that mic.. am i trippng that hard?
Lo mejor que he escuchado en mi vida...sin palabras.
Jim was the best at primal screaming......
The best version of this song hands down
First. also one of the greatest live recordings of this piece right here.
I love the minor runs that Robby plays at times it's like notes you'd play on sitar. Incredible version too bad the Doors didn't get enough audiences where they could just do their thing. I love takin' this CD from the Box set turn of the lights and imagine that I'm there.
Ronnie Razor ya bro
Get enough audiences? To do their own thing? Bro! Huge audiences hindered Jim. He performed best in small clubs and in small audiences.
The best ever song ever recorded
Best of all time..
The Best Band Ever!!
Holy shit..one of the best performances, ive ever heard Morrison sing. Must be sober as a judge, what a difference!!!! ( Love that ,phrase.."come...follow me...cross the see..endlessly")
Jim adonde quieras k estés eres el rey el mejor de todos pasan los años pero tu magia para cantar sigue en la actualidad y seguirá simplemente el mejor jim morrison!
Genial....
Круто слушать живую запись.
Excelente desde Chile ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️genial. The rody. Peace..
In the end only the Music is your only friend 🎶💖🎶
By far my favorite version of this song
The end ❤ 😴😴😴
Bring outcher daaad...
Is it from Monty Python?
+Courtney Smith Bring out your dead. It's a reference to the Black Plague. Monty Python makes a parody of this. In the actual Black Plague, it was important to come around each evening with wheel-barrels and cart away the dead and decaying bodies out of town, otherwise . . . further sickness and death.
+Taras Pokalchuk Monty Python Holy Grail film came out later than this, in 1975. Morrison was a prophet! lol :-)
@@taraspokalchuk7256 yes funny 💙
@Courtney Smith I see what you did there... 😉
Maravillosa versión ♡♡♡♡☆
Is there any better way to end a night than smoking and listening to this? I think not
Every time they play the end is different but the majic and the mistic is there until now We miss you jim
Long live rock Roll foreyvar The Doors!!!!
The Dionysius is among us!
sus
That photo is great
Yes, I just wish there was a video of this performance.... Can you imagine ?
It’s the greatest Doors performance of all-time. Easily they were magic and this is the absolute best version of The End without a doubt.
The best along with the one played at Isle Wight Festival in 1970
The Doors were not a band... they were an Entity.
Just stunning.
FrEd: BEAUTIFUL VERSION!!!
Love this version
THE DOORS UFF COMO TOCAN CHINGON Y DIGO TOCAN PORQUE AUN ESE BUEN ROCK SIGUE MEDORIANDO EN MI SUBCONCIENTE ¡¡¡ JIM MORRISON INMORTAL ¡

My favorite version..super👍👍
WE WANT THE WORLD AND WE WANT IT NOW!!!!!!!!
Bring out your dead is in reference to the plague in London. The ice wagon picked them up. Can't you see how clever this man was?
All of you guys get it man
Best version. Bring out your dead refers to the london plague......ring the bell, and yell bring out your dead. Kinda like the ice cream man driving round your streets....bahahaaa. andy from aus. The greatest band ever, the end.

Please tell what was it like. If I can can climb in a time machine, my ambition would be to go back in time and buy doors ticket for $5 dollars.
Woulda Loved to have been there🎶⚡️
“Come follow me..cross the sea..endlessly” Paris….
Good Lord!
Dass ist nicht nur Musik, dass ist hohe Kunst in Rockformat. Überirdisch......❤
He definitely tapped into something when he performed some of their music. Died too young for it possibly 😱🤔
My parents reaction to this song/album was the same as my reaction now to most rap. Incredible album.
There is one difference, most rap IMO is nothing, nothing but drivel in the eyes and wake of what Jim and the doors left behind for us to listen to.
@@creepingcrawley6520 Depends what type of rap you are talking about
The Doors ♥️♥️♥️♥️
so many messages....
Magnifica actuacion el mas grande entre los grandes
Morrison owns the audience!!
He sounds very tired.. But yet he still gives everything ↪️⚖️☮️⚖️↩️™

Abso-Fucking-Lutely Genius!!!!!
