The diff-locks can be engaged while in motion, but sloppy journalists didn't notice. Unlike even 70 Series TLC, it comes with proper diff breathers, no need to "build" the thing. Hand welded from stainless steel. The folks that build this, also designed and engineered the Grenadier. Magna Steyr, a Canadian company, building them in Graz, Austria. Originally envisioned in 1969 by the then Shah of Iran, civilian version came in 1979. It is a 4x4, not a SUV. It sits on a ladder frame chassis.
the original definition of an SUV was a large car built on a body-on-frame truck platform but with an enclosed back unlike a truck. So it is a 4x4 AND an SUV.

Ten times more the car! And Benz didn't have to borrow engines from Mazda. 😂😂 Do Toyota even build cars? Rebadged Subaru/BMW/Daihatsu/Suzuki etc etc
That Cruiser is half the price, as it is half the truck. If you do proper in-depth due diligence, you will see what I say is fact, and not just an opinion.
If only they’d kept the dedicated front fog / driving lights, so so bloody useful in the countryside on unlit roads etc at night Also, they missed a trick by keeping the archaic and less useful 60:40 rear seat split instead of the much more convenient 40:20:40 split But apart from those and it’s price it’s the perfect one car for the rest of your life , if you can afford it Starting to save up right now as it’ll be great in the apocalypse 👍🏻
Journo's are like little kids with those doors. We owned several Heckflosse, and those bank vault doors could open and close inaudibly. They were no less sturdy.
