To clarify about tetris, the kid passed a point where each single line clear would have a chance to crash the game, and when the game crashes, it's considered as "beating it." And yes, this was an extremely impressive achievement in the competitive tetris community

In Germany there is a dish called Mett which is basically just (safe) uncooked ground beef. People often eat it with onions and onions bread. I personally never tried it but it seems to be pretty delicious.

The shocking thing is that packages labelled "fragile" get treated the same way by some mail services. Not from the delivery drivers... By the line actually sorting the parcels to go out, and ESPECIALLY in return parcels. I've even heard from some people working in the Royal Mail (a British mail service), that they kick Amazon returns across the warehouse. Never skimp on protecting your parcels.

Well… in Europe it’s pretty popular, I’ve grown up with just taking ground beef, putting it on my bread, putting salt, pepper and nutmeg on it and eating it like that. I am almost 18 now and I have never had any issues. I sometimes it 1-2 pounds of it between my bread. I don’t understand why you Americans have learned it’s unhealthy?
Was watching the Tetris stream live. This was SUCH a huge deal. I am not super into tetras, but I follow it casually. When I heard what was going on, I decided to check it out. I honestly didn’t expect see anything, just show up for the first part of the stream, get bored, and leave. Nope! This happened on one of the first runs of the day. For those attacking Blue Scuti and his achievement in being the first to reach the game crash on NES Tetris (2 more people have already done it since, the floodgates have opened), it’s may be just playing a video game, but it shows dedication, it shows amazing hand eye coordination, it shows skills to have learned the rolling technique to such a degree that he can play 130 odd levels at the fastest speed in the game, it shows a fantastic clarity of thought and level of concentration. All these are skills that will serve him well in life. Fair play to the lad. Delighted for him.

Not exactly, this was clearly a situation that could go either way, and as cops are allowed to use discretion on this type of thing, it’s up to them. Let’s say it was a pretty empty highway and the guy was going smth like 80 mph, then the situation could be similar to this. It’s not that dangerous to anyone since the highway is empty but it’s still dangerously fast.

Just because they're all presumably trained more or less the same way doesn't mean they'll all apply those rules the same. For instance, trainees tend to ticket more. Besides, your example doesn't seem like something that should be taken into account at all, because that kind of situation could change in a matter of seconds, all based on chance. Again, that is arbitrary.
