Sattu and Besan are practically the same in nutritional value because Besan is powdered Gram Flour and sattu is powdered roasted gram flour.
Looks like a great chilla! Besan is raw gram flour, and traditional sattu is roasted gram flour. Both are made from skinned Bengal gram, also called brown chickpea, Indian chickpea, desi chana, kala boota, etc. Both have equal amount of protein. There are other varieties of sattu drink mix available, often made from a mixture of grains and legumes, and sometimes even with added sugar. But traditional sattu atta is plain roasted gram flour. Similarly, besan made from other legumes like peas/matar is also available, but such varieties are explicitly named (matar besan, moong besan).

U ve made very thick batter it should be of flowing consistency
I prefer this was as i use cast iron tawa and sattu, however you can adjust thickness to suit your preference. Hope this helps.
