Well, that’s me done - great video! I’ve just completed these exercises exactly as described for four weeks at six consecutive days with a one day break. I also added ten minutes hard workout on a static bike (road bike on a turbo-trainer) after these exercises. I feel good and I feel good about myself - it’s been a good discipline. I eat healthily, am a keen road cyclist and am looking to stay as fit as I can for as long as possible. Btw, I’m 72 next month.

I started this yesterday. For someone like me who is completely unfit, by the evening I was in pain already. If you're super unfit, I'd divide this workout in half - do half as many reps as suggested. Remember, it's a long term thing so it's always best to ease your way into it 🙌🏾

14th Aprill 2020. *WEEK-1* Just finished 1st day workout. Day 2: A bit of pain on upper abs. Task done. Day 3: Task somehow felt harder lol. Done. Day 4: Task done. Getting into the routine. Day 5: Task accomplished. Feeling good. Day 6: Week 1 Completed!😀 Better balance esp.the bird dog. Earned 1 day break tmrw🙌 Day 7:: Enjoying my 1 day break. Going out to restock on food supplies. *WEEK - 2* Day 8: Started 2nd week with increased figures as instructed. Day 9: Wow, can't believe 9 days passed by. This lockdown has blurred everything. Task completed. Added 12 pushups at the end of the routine just to see if it makes a difference. Day 10: Task completed. Feeling good just to be focused to continue. Day 11: Task done. Extra exercise... mowing the lawn😊 Day 12: Completed Week 2! My wife who was sceptical and took a measurement of my tummy on day 2, says I have lost 1 inch! I have been taking a side profile pic everyday and after comparing the 1st pic and today's pic, I can really see the progress. That's motivation for Week 3 after a break tomorrow.😎 Day 13: Enjoyed the 1 day break. *WEEK - 3* Day 14: Day 1 of week 3 done with increased repetition/time. Seemed a little long especially the bird dogs 6 second pause each time. Day 15: Task finished. Busy day today. Day 16: Completed early. Getting the hang of the new numbers of sets. Day 17: Done. Feeling good. Day 18: Done. Happy Labour Day! Let's hope we'll still have our jobs after the lockdown!✌ Day 19: Task finished. Completed week 3. Break tomorrow! Day 20: Sunday.. 1 day break *WEEK - 4* Day 21: Day 1 of week 4. The bird dogs 8 second pause each time feels long.. But my abs feel way better and stronger than when I started. Day 22: Task finished. Tape says I lost another half inch.. woohoo😉 Day 23: Done. I'd definitely say the abs are looking better than the slab of fat I started with. Day 24: Done. Started cycling around the area this evening with the ease in lockdown. Thanks to all for the ongoing support for this log. Day 25: Completed. Was a bit hard today. Must be a little tired from cycling yesterday. Day 26: Week 4 completed. 1 day break earned. 🤗 Day 27: Enjoying a cool rainy day off. *Week - 5* Day 28: Started week with added times/reps.. 1min 30sec plank; 35sets bike; 20sets leg lift; 10sec hold on birddog. A little wobbly 😁 Day 29: Task done. Thanks to everyone who's following this. ✌ Day 30: A month flew by! Will measure abs tomorrow! Day 31: Ok. 1 month Course COMPLETED. Abs now 37inches - have lost 2.5 inches (approx 6cm). More importantly, there's no sag over my beltline and I can see a profile instead of a fat slab. I'm quite amazed myself that I've kept going daily and that's a first. Maybe because this was less complicated than others that might require better willpower to sustain. Thanks to the support I got from the comments and the likes. I plan to continue for another 2 weeks at least and see how it goes. Hope this helped someone out there. Anyone else with updates? 😉 Have a wonderful weekend everyone! UPDATE: 1-06-2020 I've been doing just the birddog (50) and planking ( now 2mins). I've been cycling 6 to 10km @ 5 days a week. I started this exercise last week. So far it worked for me as I lost about 1 kg in a week, with doing it once a day. Will update if I’m able to continue to see if I’ll lose more weight. Keeping fingers crossed!

8-Week UPDATE: I did this 6-days a week for 8 weeks and also combined with some cardio (and better eating + hydration). I don't have a flat stomach yet - but there is some improvement. The 4-week timeline didn't work for me. But I like that they are short exercises and easy to integrate into my morning routine. Good luck everyone. I am onto my 4th week and I haven't lost fat although my belly has become harder (which is good I think). I am small made and only have fat in my belly. I already don't eat sugary stuff and wheat. But I eat a fair bit of carbs. So maybe that needs to change. Thank you for this and I will keep at it and hopefully see a change soon.

Don't eat too much fruits, the fructose will be converted to fat .
You might be bloated if you're slim but your stomach is poking out.

Did you follow through? My husband and I started a 30 day challenge that is way more HIIT than this and I found it was too hard on my body...so I think I'm going to suggest this to him and see how we do. Wish you luck

You want to lose weight? I lost 5.5 kg in 2 months and here’s my rules: 1. Less carbs, I’m asian so I avoid eating rice. Also, I only eat twice a day. Cut the unhealthy food like sweets and junk food. 2. Drink a lot of water. This may look easy but hard to maintain. Remind yourself everyday. 3. Do cardio workout. There are a lot of workout videos here in YT. 4. Use a motivational photo as your wallpaper. Check out what works for you. 5. When you crave, drink a lot of water and think of the reasons why you wanted to lose weight. I hope this will help!
Thanks for sharing, however, eating only twice a day is not a good idea. The portion and the type of food is what you should worry about and not if you eat three times daily. You can eat only twice daily and still take in more calories than somebody who had the normal three square meals..

Mea Ewurama Sorry it was a mistake. I edited it. I mean, I don’t eat carbs like pasta, rice, potatoes, and the like that have big calories in it. So instead I eat eggs, fish, chicken, and other food that can help me lose weight.
I did this for 5 days a week rather than 6 and I'm seeing results now 6 weeks later!

Plancks are really effective - i do agree - but keep it 1 min. because the max effect comes in last 15 sec of pain.

I tried this the other day. I am ex military and used to be fit in my younger days. I am now in my 50's and I set the timer for a minute, I lasted 47 seconds before I collapsed. I had laughed at one video saying to hold this pose for a minute, I had lazy arse shits in my youth whom are now running marathon's in their 50's while if I run the tap I out of breath. Please if you are young, enjoy your health while you still have it, and try and protect it as much as possible.

You need a good chiropractor who knows trigger point and activator therapies NOT one who cracks your spine but uses an activator instrument. If they use multiple methods, you will be back in action!

I've lost 52 lbs, 50 inches, 15 pant sizes (from a 14 to a 4), and 4 shirt sizes (from a 1X to S) 🙌. I've at a healthy weight and BMI however, I wanna tone my tummy up as a secondary goal. I want to always be reaching for NEW GOALS! I'm starting your regimen tonight and will track my success along the way! I promise to follow the schedule laid out (6 days a week ; 1 rest day). Here’s my story I have tried this for two months and it actually work ! I kept doing this exercise for almost 35-40 minutes a day with one day break , And every time I do this I said to myself ( OK this is the last day for this workout ) Which help my mind not to overthink and to frustrate me for getting out of my comfort zone ! because if I put a Schedule that I will stick to ! I know myself I will never do it & I will cheat! so that’s why i keep doing this exercises since May ! and it helped me a lot and i’ve seen a huge signs of getting six packs!

I added this to my morning yoga routine a little over 2 weeks ago. But I started doing yoga 3 months ago. I'm a 34 yr old female and I'm finally getting my 10 pack abs back. I have broken 13 bones in my life. I have screws plates and rods in my bones, I also lost half of my left bicep in a car wreck, but I am a person who loves a challenge. I also used to weigh 280 lbs, then 93 cuz I had an eating disorder, but I'm over that, Im eating healthy now, and enjoy doing yoga as a part of my everyday routine. Never believe that something is impossible. The ONLY way the video won't work is if you don't do it. 😉 Always believe in yourself and give it a try. 😁 Good luck in all of your endeavors. 😁

Diet is number one. Without controlling diet these exercises will have little effect.

My teenage son lost 60 lbs by going on Keto for three months and intermittent fasting for two months. We all did little or no exercise. I know my son did NO exercise at all. Exercise is, of course, good for cardiovascular and toning muscle but not really for losing weight.
@@Anwar-Mian No exercise will "burn fat" except for cardio. But if you change diet, body will use all extra fat.
@@jcdenton3062 Well cardio or any other workout is never supposed “burn fat” specifically, it’s supposed to burn calories, so your body will start to use extra fat as energy, then eventually loosing weight overtime

Just once in a day . Don't do extra exercises in a single day.. body needs some rest too
I used to attend some classes offered in my work place like pilates, core etc....my purpose is just to learn how the exercise is done so that i would be able to explain to the guest what are those exercise...i was surprised to see some abs formed in my tummy....i dont expect to have it with few classes...so i continued. The result gets me motivated.

I think its important to mention to do some dynamic warm up exercises before the actual exercises, and then some static stretching after the exercises to help your muscles recover.
This is very effective💯. I started last April 01, and I already saw and felt the result. I already have the cuts especially on the oblique and in the upper abdomen. Nice exercise tho.💪🏻

It takes around 8 minutes to do in the beginning. I am Male, 71 Kg, 95 cm waist 1st week Update: still no change! Details: keeping moderate diet, 2 hrs biking, did 7 exercises with 10 times harder settings so far.. 2nd week Update: my waist is down 2 cm!!!! Weight is slightly less. Diet still the same but I'm doing the exercises at much higher intensity. 3rd week update: weight is 69.4 KG, waist is 93 cm. So weight is slightly down but waist is still the same as last week! One month update: No change. Conclusion: in 1 month I dropped 2 cm off my waist and 2 lbs weight.

I think so it is more important to focus on diet than working more hard but this exercises are good keep it up👌👍
When doing legraise ..you also have to move the pelvic upward..that's only how you can target lower abs
I think i cant do leg raise...i cant target my lower ab because of myomectomy a year back...
I've been doing it more than 2 weeks I am happy with the result😊
