Welcome back to Restoration And Metal channel. In this video is a project to restore black and white video camera recorded with tape. Restoration RCA CC350 VINTAGE SVHS Movie Camcorder antique 1989 - Restore Classic Black and White Camera. I don't have a wired banwq to try to capture vintage footage, but I found the camera to work pretty well after recovery.

  • Okay come on. The tape mech came out that clean by only removing the shield on the heads? Wow, I'm impressed. So all that mud and "rust" magically washes away with your magical water that you spray it with? Wow!! Mind blown!! Didn't even have to fully take apart the tape mech, or the lens mech. Holy crap!! Sending all my broken things to this guy!

  • first i am astonished to all these technology in 1989 . second this video done after dividing two parts ; one part was filming before he found the device in the ash and montage d it . after that may be 4 months later he re filmed the same video but looks like it broken . nice trick

  • My favorite part is that he didn't even try to make it a little bit more believable by removing the rubber belts and then "restoring" them - you know, the very first point of failure on these camcorders, which tend to melt on their own if the camcorder was stored even in perfect conditions for a prolonged time?

  • Мне вот всегда интересно-- как в герметичную камеру где линза стоит грязь попадает? По моему мнению такое возможно только при намеренной разборке и не надо делать вид что автор телемастер 80-го левела.

Он то на пластиковый корпус микросхемы вызванивает, то кварцы на килоомах проверяет, а чаще всего просто хаотично тыкается по плате, многозначительно хмыкая.   • Ahhh, so close to the one I had, floating erase, editor, had all the cabling, same lens it seems. Nicely balanced on my shoulder. I'll watch this later. Mine wasn't SVHS, but it talked to a SVHS editor. #SantaCast One more thing: I hate 'outta focus', but this one was pretty good as I recall.

    • Get crappy stuff. Break them in the process. Get a set of screwdrivers and a soldering iron. Take them apart and put them back. Then move to more expensive stuff and you'll be confident on fixing everything after 5 years

    • The camera was originally a Hitachi model very popular during the years 1985-1990. It was manufactured under license by RCA, as is the model presented. It is a VHS model not S-VHS as it says in the title. The electronic viewfinder is black and white, but the camera obviously films in color.

  • In fase di smontaggio è evidente che non sa nemmeno dove mettere le mani, strattona, tira e strappa. Considerando la delicatezza di queste elettroniche è impossibile che una persona non qualificata possa farla funzionare. Una videocamera del genere esposta alla pioggia e alle intemperie non avrebbe speranza. Sinceramente a me sembra un video montato al contrario. Prima ha girato le scene con la telecamera ancora intatta, poi le ha dato qualche colpo e l’ ha sporcata con qualcosa che sembra ruggine e fango, e in fine ha girato la scena iniziale del ritrovamento nella discarica. Lui non ha competenze tecniche e manuali per fare un lavoro di restauro del genere, anche solo per la scocca. Non puoi lavare un apparecchiatura del genere in acqua e miracolosamente farla funzionare. Video Falso come sono probabilmente tutti gli altri
