How to enable app icon badges notification feature on Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

To enable app icon badges notification feature on Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, do the following steps:
- Go to the settings menu.
- Tap "Notifications".
- Tap "Advanced settings".
- Tap the grey on/off switch next to "App icon badges" until the switch turns blue to turn it on.
- If needed, you can customize its setting by tapping "App icon badges" and then do the required customizations, such as:
* Change the badge style
To do so, under the Badge style section, select "Number" to display a small number on an app icon when an app has notifications. Or, select "Dot" to display a small dot on an app icon when an app has notifications.
** Show or hide unread notifications on when you tap and hold the app icon
To do so, tap the on/off switch next to "Notifications on app icons" to turn on or off this option. When this option is on, your phone will show notifications when you tap and hold the app icon.
Given to the function, this feature can be used as an alternative way to help you to easily know if you have unread notifications. As a note, the badge will not be displayed on those apps that you have turned off its badge notification.
