This makes me happy. 24 hours of Spa was the hook that caught my attention for professional Motorsport late one evening. WEC was what cemented my love of it. Besides, I couldn't leave if I wanted to, you cemented my foot here with that love. Can I have that back by the way? I mean the foot, the love stays. I have to pee... I see that this joke didn't get off the starting line.. not this one, I'd wager. To be serious. I love that I can now have a nice morning watching this while doing dishes and lounching with coffee. hope WEC fixes the bs wwe bop system. Toyota fastest car last year and back of the pack 4 months later due to BOP politics making it the heaviest hypercar and worst power/weight so will have zero chance of fighting for wins. WEC is great but artificial WWE BOP racing sucks

Man my heart hurts for Peugeot. Was rooting for them to hold on to 2nd but the 9X8's unfortunately notorious unreliability had to rear its head right at the end😭

@@LagmasterB it has to be a question of logistics, no? It's such a large field and the races are so long. I have to imagine there aren't many tracks that can provide proper racing. I mean, it probably comes down to money and agreements. But I'd like to think that there are other factors.
@@mcgoo721 I get it. I think they’re probably gonna have a few wild card tracks every season. Keep exposing new crowds to WEC. Love that they’re running COTA and Interlagos. Phenomenal tracks. I pick on Fuji because the track has way too many super slow turns. I just feel as though it’s not a good showcase for the cars. They’re already over in Japan…just travel to Suzuka instead lol. Also not a huge fan of Imola. Or Bahrain. Qatar is nice. Maybe Yas Marina 😍
@@LagmasterB COTA will be wild. I love that track man. This is the first year I've really followed WEC. I'd tune in here or there to fill in off weeks, but it seems like it's really blowing up. Lots of new teams, drivers, and the commentary team is entertainingly unhinged.

Impressed but not surprised by the Manthey 🇩🇪 / Pure Rxcing 🇱🇹 #92 team. The 2023-2024 AsLMS GT Champions crew Alex Malykhin 🇰🇳 Joel Sturm 🇩🇪 and Klaus Bachler 🇦🇹 showed that without problems and with their strong pace they can win races. Alex showing again that he could be one of the best Bronze drivers in GT racing currently, increasing a lot his performance since his 2023 GTWorldChEu Bronze Cup title. Can't wait to see how will be the racing in the Imola 6h 🇮🇹 surely Porsche being nerfed a bit more than in Qatar 😅

Why do you people hate F1. I like both and both are not even same so I don’t understand from where this debate coming from. WEC is known for the endurance of the machine. F1 is known for maintaining the speed throughout the race, a F1 car can go on corners through great speeds. Enjoy both and not compare. This is childish behaviour.

@@NVegianP Yeah it’s getting boring. The Red Bull machinery suits Max very much. It was obvious he will dominate for 3-5 years after his win last season. But the mid and back runners are still putting up a fight.
