  • This is what DTS should have been. No unnecessary drama, no hyping up absolutely useless aspects, and no dramatic pauses from Will 'pause' Buxton. Anthony Davidson does everything right that Buxton does wrong and this makes Full Access that much more better to watch.

    • Its not that I want GR to win, but I've really been put off by the amount of negativity people have about toyota. They have worked their tail off for every result they have earned, and the ones who are new to WEC dont know that history, they kind of just see it as Red Bull with F1. I am a Ferrari and Peugeot fan, but I hate how people misunderstand Toyota. I will agree, Buemi does not look like fun to share a car with.

  • I see a lot of people complaining about Buemi's attitude and it is ironic that they forget that each person has his or her own temperament and that it has happened to all of us at some point, especially when there has been something at stake, now imagine how it must happen in races when you fight for a qualifying position or a victory. Buemi and his temperament at least is genuine, without any shyness, and it is something that should be valued in today's world of motorsport where most drivers try to be politically correct with everything they say and adopt a false golden retriever attitude.

  • Unreal bit of content, but ill say this. Anthony Davidson mentioned towards the end that Toyota and Ferrari were nowhere in this race, but that to me is mainly due to a heavily favoured bop to Porsche. Porsche also gather twice as much data as they run in imsa to. Peugeots wingless 9x8 should never really stand a chance of winning unless heavily favoured with bop(like it was in this race)as the regulations had changed which took anyway any major competitive edge in it having winning potential(Hence the new evo 9x8 being built like the rest of the cars to suit the current regulations.) Porsche really were always the ones to beat here imo. Hopefully the bop is abit more evenly spread and we can see more teams fighting for the overall.

    • @33Avon88 “balance on performance” is mostly used on motorsport series that has different make & models. the cars r then modified to b equal cos when the vehicle came from the factory the cars have different performances. e.g GT3 regulations, the cars in GT3 must be modified to meet GT3 regulations so the drivers can have a close competition in skill not which team or driver has the better car like in F1. e.g 488 pista & huracan have different performance so both these cars can b modified to GT3 hence 488 GT3 & huracan GT3 evo to have equal performance & focus on driver skill than which car is better/faster. that’s y leagues like WEC, IMSA, GTWorld, super GT r more competitive & give closer racing (unpredicatble results). & y i think F1 is very repetitive nowadays. ur question isn’t stupid btw, no Q is stupid.

    • @@33Avon88 noice to hear 😁. true✅, i heard some drivers buy a seat to get into F1 but end up w/ a underperforming car, i think F1 doesn’t define a driver’s skill but the engineering competition behind it. imagine a rlly talented/skillful driver, who became champion in F2, F3, other leagues with equal performing cars etc. but when going to F1, ended up always last bcs of the team’s engineering flaws.

He isn't even doing a good job for a couple of seasons and yet his seat will remain UNTIL he doesn't want to race anymore or until the sponsor are going to put more pressure on it. He ain't a bad driver but just not for F1 :/ It's like you said, Some real legends are good drivers but it's the never ending story of mechanical lack or mistakes.
