  • i really wish they had a subset of wec where we got single category shorter races . it’s so cool and the cars are so sick but it’s just chaos to the eyes of a casual fan and i’d love to see a 2 hour race with just the hypercars

  • One of the problems with the WEC is they don't show who's driving the car on the timing information, so when commentators say "driver x set a fast sector" etc. we actually don't know who they're talking about unless they also mention the brand of car.

  • What is this filmed at? I have it set to 1080p on KZhead but it isn't like 1080p? IMSA recently switched to 1080p on their KZhead and it is HD. This feels more like 720 on my monitor

    • @@you_can_fuck_your_own_ass_69 I have previously watched them through the WEC paid app and it is the same. The image quality isn't 1080p to me. If you watch even a few minutes of the Daytona 24 on the IMSA channel I'm sure you will see the difference between both of these at 1080p

    • It seems to be a 720p broadcast uploaded as a 1080p video. Possibly to allow the use of the higher 1080p bitrate.

  • Oh no Porsche win the race with BoP but Toyota was second with 0.16 second and made a faster lap than all Porsche's except 1. How is it possible???? It's not about BoP, they didn't find the right setup for race. The car has it and that's the proof. It's the second race in WEC that BoP done properly after 2023 Le Mans.

    • No, the others lighter. I'm a Porsche fan, but I know that with BoP everything in this series has the possibility of not being too meaningful. Maybe they only won because of BoP, maybe they were actually the fastest which would be great and which is what I would wish for, but I guess Toyota with their superior experience with their car would be fastest.
