This is a video to compare the @SteelSeries Prime Wireless ( • SteelSeries Prime Wire... ) with the @LogitechG Pro X Superlight ( • Logitech G Pro X Super... ). Both are epic gaming mice with some very nice features. But when reviewing the Prime Wireless I realised it was quite similar in size, shape and specs on the G Pro X Superlight and figured people might like to see why and how :)

The Prime Wireles is not much to look at, but it's certainly a great mouse with lots to offer. This is a small understated gaming mouse, with matte ABS plastic finish, Optical Mechanical Switches and plenty highlights.
Highlights include:
Great battery life
Comfortable fit
Agile design
Slick feet
Lowlights:
USB-C cable is a pain to plug in
Side buttons are a tad recessed

The wireless prime in white, with a small DPI button like on the Aerox3, and a few grams lighter and i would never change mouse in my life again i believe.
This review is so sick that I thought this was a chanel with 2m subscribers. Keep up the good work !
Maybe one day. 🙏🤷♂️🤣
Bought the Prime Wireless last week to replace my Logitech G Pro Wireless. Really liking the mouse the clicks feel great, the only thing that is worse is the scrollwheel.
It does have satisfying clicks.
Great review. This channel should've lot more subscribers.
Glad you think so! Hope you enjoyed enough to sub :)
the bass in your voice is crazy :)
I start watching other reviews on stuff, get annoyed at their pants reviews, then come back here! Lesson is... just come here to start with! Awesome videos, great detail and easy to listen to voice! Appreciate the vids, pal.
Thanks Jimmy. Appreciate that kind feedback.
Helped me decide thank you!
You're welcome. Hope you enjoyed enough to subscribe 🦐
And what did you choose? I have a regular G PRO(not superlight), but it is already 2 years old and double clicks appeared, the scroll wheel encoder broke. Now I choose a new mouse and so I can't decide
@@jumjke chose the SteelSeries have it for 2 weeks now and I don’t regret it awesome mouse
@@dnegbi8651 Thanks!!!
I absolutely loved the Prime Wireless, although I ran into a slight problem with it. Every time I would click between two or more things in games on in my browser it'd drag the items around, it's almost like it had a lot of de bounce time which couldn't be changed anywhere. Never had this problem with my old rival 300 mouse, I think it might have to do with the new switch they use for clicking.
Hello , does the middle click button is easy to press for the Steelseries Prime Wireless ?
Did you possibly upgrade your recording hardware recently because this mic quality is top tier sir
Not since last year no. I use the Shure SM7B and GOXLR for most videos - with the exception of headset and mic reviews, where I used the included mics as I figure that makes the most sense.
@@TheProvokedPrawn ah fair, still appreciate creators that dont sound like a 2012 MW2 mic lol
I just bought the prime wireless and am loving it so far. Replacing a big Chonky Corsair boi that was giving major packet loss issues in wireless mode… it’s night and day between the two.
how is it til today ?
@@crazy8310 it’s still brilliant. Holds its charge superbly well too. Would definitely recommend.
@@Seboutloud its battery worse than when you buy it? And did you still recommend?
@@grzesiekpamula battery life is still solid and I would highly recommend. This is the first mouse I’ve had that has lasted me over a year and I’m still happy with and would happily buy another. Saying that there’s probably not much in it between this and the g pro x super light. I chose this because I didn’t like logitechs software on previous mice.
I'd have to try it if they have it in store near me. Does it feel more comfortable than the Super light? I use a deathadder v2pro for work and glorious model o wireless for gaming and I've used the Superlight. The Superlight felt slippery on the sides and for some reason my hand would cramp up when using it. But the dav2 and the o wireless haven't given me any issues. The only thing I don't like about the dav2 is that it's uses micro USB and the model o I don't like the battery life and that it looks gaudy.
should be more comfortable since it's ergo, different coating from gpx also so i don't think you would have mouse being slippery problem
Good review, keep it up
Thanks, will do!
Great review👍 but why Prime is half of the price of G Pro super light? Because of the hype? 🤔
I am the owner of both mice. I've had all the most popular and best mice of 2022, and I can say with confidence that SteelSeries Prime Wireless is the best thing I've held in my hands. This is ergonomics. Click. Weight. Perseverance. Feelings. The only negative (in my opinion) is the software, but it's not terrible compared to its advantages. I've always had two favorites: it's EC2, and now SteelSeries Prime Wireless. EC2 - inferior to SteelSeries Prime Wireless because of the wire. Otherwise, it is a very comfortable palm grip, and working time. I recommend it
More than superlight?
@@sakagintoki9501 my favourite - Prime Wireless 👍🏼
Does SS have the wakeup issue? I've noticed lots of complaints about it.
I only consider the Superlight if I can tear it up and swap out the main switches tbh Otherwise Prime is the one.
Exactly what I did day 1. Kailh gm 2.0 and corepadz seems to be my 🤌
@@jeremyatienza1676 nice! Why not 4.0 or 8.0 though?
Is prime hotswapable
wireless steelseries has poor quality optical sensors or is it strongly felt in games like CsGo?
I just ordered the Prime but in wired + version, pity SS didn't combione features packed in Prime+ with the wireless functionality.
I have prime mini, it weights if I remember - 62 grams. Its very nice mouse, what else I can say. It doesnt feel like its mini version although its smaller than prime in normal size by 0.4 mm or something like that. I dont know how they reduced the weight so much but Its great mouse.
Wait, I NEED that mousepad! Where could I get it?
I got them from Amazon.
Hi! Is the mouse feet of steelseries prime wired and wireless are the same?
The wired one has two versions, micro usb, with blck feet and type c (prime+) with ptfe
@@brenojuca3064 yah. im asking if the regular prime wired and the wireless one are the same mouse feet. coz i only saw ptfe feet for wireless one and i want to make sure if its fit in my regular prime wired.
I have both mice and I'm trying to figure out which of the 2 is better. Personally the shape and material is better feeling for me on the Prime wireless. The Logitech Super light definitely feels lighter though and it's very noticeable.
Yeah it's a tough one.
Comfort will always be king. Most pros would agree that even if a mouse gives you better aim, if its uncomfortable then it shouldnt be used as that makes it unreliable. Choose the one that feels the best in your hands but since you have both you could always just switch. Light mouses are just a trend imo. Most pros dont even uses "light mouses", instead choosing to use the zowie mices which are like 80-100 grams.
@@KiuHayakari S1mple uses superlight mouse
@@mile7721 Zywoo used the s2, then the m4, then the Outset, and that thing is bulky and 80 grams. Before like a year ago 80 grams was lightweight. He is having his best year yet with the Outset. Simp1e used the fk2 until he got his g pro, so it's still just comfort.
@@FriendNotFoeBand a lot of csgo prod are using g pro superlight its just 60g and wireless
prime wireless takes the W
if you were to give up one, which one would it be?
I prefer the Superlight
@@TheProvokedPrawn Thanks for the answer :)
Prime shape is completely different with amazing ergonomics for better comfort than Logitech. Also you are wrong about the weight, Prime is not 82g but even under 80g. Only down side for Prime is smudges. Logitech looks better?? I disagree on that it looks super cheap for me.
I'm not wrong I weighed it. 🤣
@@TheProvokedPrawn There been other videos on KZhead and the weight was 79g.
@@MaDDeX93 It just the calibration issue, no big deal. Any tool used for measurement will have +/− tolerance. If the product page stated as 80g, then 80g it is. Besides, you won't be able to tell the difference of 1g during gaming session or even normal use.
SteelSeries Prime Wireless is better .
the prime wireless has magnitc optic switches
