I have my left and right centered fine, but I can’t move the reticle high enough to touch the bullet mark. Any suggestions

- It is most likely an issue with your mount or rail. I would check those first but if that doesn’t work you may need to contact the manufacturer

Can you give me advice and tell me about thermal resolutions, I seem to see fairly basic resolutions on scopes 640x480 resolution. But who actually manufactures that part? I have a interest in building my one scope and buying the housing. who actually makes the thermal components critical to the thermal resolutions? I know thales is one. Does companies like general starlight actually produce the internals? What companies are just "repackaging" and casing thermal components?
