Ngl kind disappointed with how Rogan and Hill were talking about Prochazka... almost calling him stupid for giving away his title and not holding up the division. Plus thinking that he is faking his past 10 years of life with the "samurai codex lifestlye" felt kinda cheap. He is for sure weird but character wise he is one of the best fighter in the UFC

I do love Jamal Hill tho. I'm happy to see him get his shot, and capitalize on that shot to come away with the Title over Glover of all ppl. I'm sure ppl assumed Glover would do to Jamal, what he did to Jan and everyone else... And he jus performed, put in that work and he put it on Glover for 5 rds.

Hill's composure in that fight was perfect, he stayed so composed the entire fight. The biggest fight of his entire career and he acted the most chill ever, he never got reckless or excited at any point. Higher fight IQ then people give him credit for. He looked like a Champion that night. Happy for him!! He did very good. I'm ready to see how well he does defending the belt.

My cousin is a professor at Auburn and they used to do studies on “Green exercise” and how it improves performance and mental clarity. Training in the woods definitely helps your mind and body.
I still think Jiri giving up the belt was the right play. I'm usually on the same side as Joe and in certain ways I still am on this one but I don't think he should have his balls busted for it. Lt heavy is in contention for the most boring division atm. It's heating up but I couldn't name more than a handful of fighters, by comparison to me being able to almost name the entire Lt weight top 10. Stagnating the belt is the worst thing you could possibly do. Jiri is the man for doing it. It may not be beneficial for him in the long run but the fans will always be there for him because of it.
