It was actually because one of the previous plays they were called for a foul and the ref said you gotta play it a certain way, and Edwards did exactly what the ref was asking for on defense to not be a foul. But yeah, the parlay thing is funnier I'll go with that.

Fr. Acting like he couldn’t win with that squad when he legit choked. Yeah Russ needed to play better to, but who balled tf out in games 1-4? Russ. Who helped bring that energy and put them up 3-1? Russ. I swear if they ran it back the next year it was the thunder and warriors and no other team could compete. The spurs were legit, but the thunder beat them in the second round in 2016. They’d likely do it again. So in the west it would’ve been a thunder and warriors rematch most likely. Thunder could’ve made off-season moves to appease kd if they had to. But they should’ve kept that squad and ran it back. Now kd will forever be known as the guy who needed curry for 2 rings.

KD is only a champion because he joined a 73 GSW team and played the greatest shooting back court in NBA history that won a. championship without him. Second As a leader of a team KD has been an objective failure especially with the caliber of players he has played with.... 1. Played with Westbrook, Harden, Serge Ibaka, Kendrick Perkins, Thabo Sefolosha, Derek Fisher, and Nick Collison and loss in the finals 4-1.... Then again as a member of the Nets....again playing with Kyrie & Harden..... couldn't get passed the 2nd round in the playoffs.... and he allowed for all the Kyrie & Harden bs.... and when the tough gets going he demands a trade goes to PHX and loses in the first round Playing with who Devin Booker, Chris Paul, Cameron Payne, Deandre Ayton...... this is coming after Chris Paul led them to the Finals..... So please tell me show me where he has shown these great results everywhere he went outside of GSW.,..... who btw won a championship without him after he left..... Who is the goofy? Don't worry I'll wait for your clarification on why he is a top 20 player when he can't lead his own team to a championship.

NO ONE IN NBA HISTORY HAS HAD AN EASIER RIDE THROUGHOUT HIS CAREER THAN KEVIN DURANT. ➡️ Drafted by the Oklahoma City Thunder and was paired with Russell Westbrook for the next 10 years before joining the Golden State Warriors ➡️ Played with arguably one of the greatest teams of all time and won 2 championships. ➡️ Moved to the Brooklyn Nets where he was joined by Kyrie Irving and James Harden. Went as far as Round 2 before that team collapsed internally. ➡️ Now is with an offensively loaded Phoenix Suns team bannered by Devin Booker and Bradley Beal To say he’s had it easy is an understatement. He’s had the benefit of teams having a high reluctance to apply strong double teams on him due to the presence of otherworldy talent around him which, in effect, has helped make him one of the greatest scorers of all time. Don’t take that the wrong way though - that’s just smart basketball and Durant, again, is trying to find ways to make it easy for him. That said, despite all these loaded super teams that Durant finds himself in, he’s only won 2 chips throughout his career (and that was with a team that prior to his joining, was 73-9) which begs the question: Does he qualify “REALLY” as an all time top 10 player? Virtually everyone’s top 10 list has players both past and present fulfilling one intersting narrative: That on their teams, they were the Alpha that carried said team to a chip despite a mountain of adversity. And often times, if not, most times, having the lesser talent on their team. Kevin Durant does not have the second point on his side and even the first point itself is debatable. Now, again, on a loaded Suns team, in Round 1 of the NBA playoffs, he has an opportunity to prove the doubters wrong about the narrative that surrounds his legacy. “He is the Alpha on a loaded team and he can take them to the Finals” The only problem? Is that the Suns are going up against a destined Minnesota Timberwolves led by a player who so happens to idolize this man - and is taking those career narratives surrounding Durant and might just be on the verge of surpassing them (at the moment) Doing something his idol could never. Unless? Kevin Durant can somehow find it within himself to overcome the adversity and re-write the script. He needs to. For his legacy’s sake.

Wolves are a complete team with depth, so many ways they can attack you and lock you up. Honestly the vibes are awesome. The Suns are just a bunch of dudes.
Shaq finally acknowledging Jaden McDaniels. He deserves to get some credit. Rudy was unbelievable once again. Mike Conley had a great game. Ant and Kat contributed, but it's fantastic that they have a lot of options. Naz and Naw made an impact. Booker and Durant 38 points combined was helpful

The Wolves have a good team this year. They will be a tough out for anyone. They have great defense, some big guys that can do it all, and they also have enough speed to run up and down when needed. If KAT can regain his form then I wish all the best to whomever plays the T-Wolves in a series.

KD put the work in. It's not his fault that Westbrook always was and still is undisciplined or to use a better word "uncoachable". Discounting the Warriors, that's the only help KD had outside of Kyrie being a liability at Brooklyn for not getting the Covid vaccine and missing all if those home games plus his being injury prone. The whole concept of super-teaming up was a way of working around GM's bad decisions in the front office of not making the right moves for the franchise like the one that was made to not pay Harden more money to stay at OKC. If all NBA GMs made real "basketball" decisions, then KD more than likely would've stayed at OKC, Westbrook would've been traded for better talent in a package deal, and at least the Warrior superteam and potentially other super teams are not born.

The Suns as a team are over matched. The Wolves are younger have a great defense, length, a superstar, 3 all stars, 2 legit scorers, a defensive player of the year candidate, an upcoming All Star Jaylen McDaniels and a savvy efficient veteran, Conley.
And it all came together naturally unlike the suns who tried to make a super team.
I learned a big lesson from kd, always stick with the team that believes in you not the team you believe in 💯

They do. Their 3 all stars are jump shooting iso players. Neither is known for their play making or defense…phx is not a well put together team. None of the players complement each other. If you don’t have defenders at the point of attack you def need a rim protector and inside scoring as well.
