Alien Contact

Just for a moment, imagine a universe awash with life, where we humans are not the only intelligent beings around. What might these alien races look like? Could we communicate with them, or even recognise them as intelligent? And what would they make of our violent and dangerous species? Might they take one look, and decide not to bother with such primitive beings? A planetary nursery filled with spiteful, galactic infants. On the other hand, in our imaginary scenario, they may enrich us with scientific knowledge beyond our imagination. Or could an encounter with aliens have a more destructive outcome? It could be a bad day for human kind. But relax, it’s just make believe, it could never happen, could it?
A mysterious crash in Roswell, New Mexico during the 1940s convinced many that our planet is being visited by space aliens. Crop circles in Britain have only added fuel to the fire. Few scientists doubt that life indeed exists elsewhere, but some believe we're more likely to make contact via radio waves. Join the search for extra-terrestrials and hear from scientists who think we are on the verge of making contact.

There's so much intelligent life on Earth other than humans. This is what "We humans" need to learn before we start reaching out. We can't even respect our own planet, let alone the universe.

    @RadioactiveGoose@RadioactiveGoose4 жыл бұрын
    • On earth, only human can be called "intelligent beings" since only us can form a gorverned society and have complex thoughts. Others like bees and ants form their hives or colonies base off instinct, which is really different and primitive compared to us. And there hasn't been any prove pointing toward the existence of any other beings like us before. So yeah, till this day, we're the only intelligent beings.

    • @@linhquachngoc9855 my point is that that's a highly short-sighted (although typically human) "nonsense" way of thinking. We as humans just "assume" that in order to show intelligence, another creature has to act just like us. Do you realize how un-intelligent that is? It only shows how we can not recognise intelligence different from our own. We're different, yes. But I think we make a habbit of confusing arrogance for intelligence.

Its like a led light even touched the ground. It hovered above me maybe 40 feet above me with ease and zoomed into space in a blink of an eye. It produced a straight light in split of second and its gone. It is true and I will not forget this experience until I die. As I SAID THEY ARE SO ADVANCE THAN US. THANKS A LOT. • I was standing under neath a ufo back in 1985. Stopped my car and got out to look up in the sky. My 9 yr. Old son stayed in the car crying and started yelling for me to get back in the car. I didn't move, just kept looking up starting at it. It was larger than the two houses it was hovering over with no sound At all. The lights on it is what made me look up and get out. There were 3 boys camping in the woods who were so scared ran for the road I was told by his mother the next day. When I went home my son was still crying and told ,you husband it was as big as our field which is a half acre. Didn't talk about it to anybody cus they would say I'm nuts. I don't even think my husband believed me. He kept saying it was probably a plane. I am now 75 yrs. Old 2021 I will never forget what I saw and I don't remember how long I stood there before it just took off so fast across the sky and it was gone. The huge power lines are on this high high hill where it happened and many houses. It was just getting dark out when it happened and the green and red lights are what made me look up and stop my car and jump out. It is something I will never forget the rest of my life. I still talk about it to my immediate family when I was 9 yrs. Old we lived in the country and I was in my yard alone and saw a large large round object in the sky . It looked like it was coming down in the field below our house. I never heard of ufos back then and thought it was a huge huge plane and thought it was going to crash in the field I ran in and told my parents that a plane crashed in the field below our house. My parents and me ran down thru the woods to the field and there was nothing there. I saw it coming down and don't know what happened to it. I never talked about it again. Nor did my parents. Now as an adult I am hearing all about ufo sightings.

    @jeanb5143@jeanb51432 жыл бұрын
    • It's crazy you say that because my brother and i were awestruck 1 night outside our house when we happened to look up and saw a ufo with the same exact colored lights that you saw on it and the way it was hovering with the lights were unbelievable. We will both never forget that night either and we were both a little terrified as well and it was huge and then all of a sudden it also took off so fast at the speed of light. People can say what they want to but we know what we saw and didn't see that night if you know what i mean and no aircraft moves like that,looks like that,has lights that did what this did and there's definitely nothing that can move that fast and from a standstill.

  • Since this video was produced, we’ve gone from having over 130 confirmed exoplanets to having more than 4,800. According to Wikipedia there were a total of 32 exoplanets discovered before the year 2000 and another 378 discovered between 2000 and 2009. So, by the end of 2009, there were 410 known exoplanets. Since Jan 1, 2010, the number of exoplanets discovered by year has tended to be in the 100 to 200 range. The most discovered in any one year was 1,505 discovered in 2016 and the least was 108 discovered in 2010. I recall hearing that on average they believe the Milky Way has more than 1 exoplanet for every star, so the total number of exoplanets in our Galaxy alone is estimated to be at least 100 billion (100 thousand million). That’s a big number, so it seems highly likely that there are a big number of those that have species more intelligent than us. Which may or may not be impressive, depending on your point of view regarding our intelligence.

      @Sweetwildflower@Sweetwildflower9 жыл бұрын
    • sweetwildflower Your username and photo makes me think you are a kind and gentle being. Your hateful, ignorant comments about Christians tells a different story. As a Christian, let me make you this GUARANTEE: there will NEVER be alien contact with this planet for as long as you live-- as the Lord intended. So, if He delays his return (which is not likely), think about this: you HAVE put your (Agnostic) trust in something that has only been theorized, rather than in God's word, which is truth. By the way, if you had ever read the Book of Revelation in the Bible, it would explain that Armageddon will occur only AFTER all the BELIEVERS have been raptured. If you're still around then, run to the mountains and call upon the name of the LORD for mercy and salvation.

    • Thank you for your first comments. One thing I've come to find out about "Christians" is that it's their way or no way also 99% when asked, have NEVER even looked at the other sides view. Just sad. I believe in challenging myself in this life by not just taking someones word on a subject but honestly looking at both sides. It would be different if most did. Peace and Love.

      @Cardan011@Cardan0119 жыл бұрын
    • sweetwildflower Thank you for you kind response. It's a nice change of pace from most of what we see on You-Tube (and the rest of the internet). However, the opinion I expressed is not really my own. I was merely relating what the BIBLE says. (Written by man under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit of Almighty God.) I.e., it NEVER mentions "aliens" (beings from another planet, can we agree?). Logically, it would be utterly confusing and disturbing (faith destroying) to God's Creation (mankind) to have superior beings (not from Heaven) show up one day at our doorstep. Therefore, by putting 2 and 2 together, we will NEVER see this occur. If it were to happen, I would be the first to acknowledge that there is no God. But, I will never have to do that, because as Creator of this Universe, God set things up in perfect order-- where overwhelming anomalies (alien contact, laws of physics suddenly not working, etc.) will never occur-- as it would be catastrophically unsettling. So, as I "assume" you're either an atheist or an agnostic, that you would like me to prove my statement that aliens will NEVER appear on Earth. I can't, because we will have to wait until either you pass away (at which time you will be experiencing the spiritual world in which God exists, and you will know this truth), or the Lord Jesus returns (first for the believers, and then in judgment of the World.)

    • We probably talk mostly about other carbon based life because it allows us to at least make some predictions about how it's biology would work, and how it might think, what its motives might be. It's harder to speculate on the biology, technology, or motives of say a form of life based on something like silica, they would evolve in utterly alien ways, would have completely foreign sets off needs, and their intelligence would move in completely different ways, driven by different survival instincts.

  • This is a subject that I have been researching for a few decades now. We are not alone. We have never been alone. They have been watching visiting and protecting us and our planet. Since man was first on this planet. As far as first contact. The US government had official first contact. After the July 1947 UFO crash outside the Roswell New Mexico. Three saucers crashed. Each had a crew of three humanoids. For a total of nine humanoids. Eight of them died in the crash. One of them lived. Until he passed away in 1952. He was called EBE. So with all of his help with the technology on those three saucers. Our society has become very advanced in a short amount of time. We use their technology every day. We are surrounded by it. We are immersed in it. It is in our homes. It is in our cars. It is in our cell phones. It is literally everywhere. It is in our businesses our workplaces our hospitals everywhere. Countless many of us even wear their technology everyday. As far as them being advanced. One example is. The humanoids that crashed in Roswell in 1947. At that time. Their race was 50,000 years ahead of us. From what I have learned. The countless races out there from more I have learned. Consider the human race to be primitive barbaric and violent. However they have been visiting Earth since the beginning of time because Earth and the human race have resources that they are interested in. And have a use for. They are not here to hurt us. Many of them live among us. And when you see them in public. You will not be able to tell because they look like us. Except for the race that crashed in Roswell they do not look like us. Other races that are here do look like us. They are here to help us guide us support us and teach us in order for us to evolve during the coming 5th Ascension. When that happens they will make themselves known. Until then they keep watching and waiting. God bless them. There are many of them here. They started moving here in the early 1950s. Again. God bless them. Amen. By the way. They are capable of speaking every language on the planet. Including english. God bless all of us. Amen.

  • Is also funny that they doesn't take into consideration that could be different life forms in space, not water based. So, there might be silicon based alien forms, or whatever other chemical combo. In this case, the aliens could be even closer than we think, if we're not talking about exotic energy propulsion systems, wormholes, warp speed, subspace and so on. I imagine that very advanced aliens could travel at a higher speeds converting into energy the ship and themselves. The possibilities are limited just by our imagination. Or greed, jealousy, envy, political and religious dogma and so on.

The vastness of the universe dictates we really shouldn't find alien life in the short amount of time that we've had the technology to detect such life, if we've even developed such technology yet. Kind of like this "save the planet" bullshit, the planet is going to be just fine, just like the many times it went through this reoccurring cycle. It's the many forms of life that will be in danger including humans.... People really think we can do something to alter or "correct" this cycle.... it's really ridiculous.!

      @AirborneAnt@AirborneAnt4 жыл бұрын
    • @@AirborneAnt Oh for sure.... just no where near a level that will have a significant impact.... MAYBE 50 years tops, which is literally nothing in Earth time. The last major volcanic eruption in the northern hemisphere released more "greenhouse gases" than man has created...ever! Ice melts back over thousands of years, less ice, less heat refraction, equals more heat and more ice melt off... which creates an accelerated rate especially in the latest stages of the cycle. I don't think the Earth will even lose all the ice (Antarctica). I believe the the core and mantle will warm enough to trigger many volcanoes and the ash will block out the sun and create a mini ice age that few if any of the humans will survive. Yellowstone alone could have a global impact, and it's 640,000 years into a 600,000 to 800,000 year cycle.... Thank you for your Service.

That being said, if helping us failed, they would leave us to our fate. We know life in the universe is at least incredibly rare, and they would know that. Our planet is blooming with life, and, either you like it or not, we are the most interesting and complex species on this planet, sending us into extinction would be incredibly dumb if they knew how rare life like ours can be.
