SWEET AND SOUR FISH FILLET | BETTER THAN RESTAURANT RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
Marinade:
Fish Fillet - 400 grams
Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Cornstarch - 2 tbsp
Egg - 1 piece
Sweet & Sour Sauce:
Banana ketchup - 1 cup
Pineapple Juice (del monte) - 2 cups
Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 5 tbsp
For Sautéing:
Onion - 40 grams
Red & Green Bell - 80 grams
Pineapple chunks - 60 grams
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cornstarch Diluted - 3 tbsp
