Aside from being passionate and love for cooking, I'm a chef in the profession prior to becoming an L&D manager. 18 years in a culinary environment. The motivation why I created this channel is for my family and for my friends. They use to call me and ask what are the ingredients and how to cook this recipe? so decided to utilize the technology by uploading recipes on my channel. the next time around they asked me for the recipe, I just send the link. as easy as that.
