The song was never an attention grabber to begin with, and La Zarra, who can be such a strong presence when the circumstances are right, actually seemed insecure. There have been several reports that she wasn't happy with her delegation, after all. You need a clear presence at Eurovision in order for people to vote for you.
I’m Italian and this was my favourite song. I don’t understand how it got so little points. France always sing in their own language and this to me means celebrate diversity… also French is just the most beautiful language ever. ❤

La France n a rien à espérer au concours globalement... les votes géopolitiques font tjrs gagner les mêmes depuis au moins 25 ans.. l Ukraine, la Suède se gavent à l eurovision. Les blocs scandinaves et est européens font le poids et l Italie est tjrs bien placée même avec des chansons musicalement moyennes... la seconde place de Barbara pravi en 2021 doit être marquée dans le marbre... on attendra la prochaine fois en 2045...😢
This is one of the best songs and performances EVER in Eurovision History, and was totally screwed over on the night with the voting. I hear this song everywhere blasting out of peoples cars, coffee shops, bars, clubs, it's like a classy modern Edith Piaf of 2023. You easily won La Zarra, amazing voice and classy look, i hope you go onto great things like singing a Bond song or 5th Element stylee film singer scene... cheers Irish Londoners

I voted for her three times. Beautiful voice, mother language (should be mandatory Imho), no background advertisement for aerobic dance studios, just the best one can do with the voice, just art. This was a performance where staging really let the song and the singer down. Poor La Zarra was tied to that weird tower so that she couldn't even move.

I like when France sends frenchy entries. It makes it feel like it's showing what Classic french music is instead of trying to send something hip and cool. I also liked last year with the traditional music. Basically France doesn't always win but they always send good certified French songs. Also La Zarra was in my top 3 favorites how did she end up 16th. Unfair man.

Deserved more? Really?! I love France’s song. But I lost much respect to the singer after she showed her middle finger and stormed off stage. I mean, if you participate in a competition, you have to put up with the game and REALIZE that you are not in the center, there are other contestants that can win and not only you! That if anything is class and humility! Being angry at the result and pointing the finger is just undignified, immature and shows that the person is wrapped up in oneself. Which makes me proud of her not being placed higher! How exactly is that a queenly behaviour?

The song and the performer herself are absolutely authentic to the country they represent, everything is done with such taste and grace, there is a beautiful melody, and a beat that complements it, and meaning, and references to famous French performers, and the image of the singer herself is a separate art form, and of course a beautiful, strong voice and perfect pronunciation! (French is perfect ❤️😍) It's not 16th place! Shame on refereeing and vote-rigging! I know you have never been to France, because if you had, you would know how disrespectful they are in general towards any type of foreigner. Classy and elegant are the last words i would use to describe France, thats just how they want to look like, but they aren't. I lived there for 6 years and im not returning EVER

@@kiss93230 le vote géopolitique plombe les résultats en participant à 50% au moins, les blocs nordique et d Europe de l est excluent souvent les pays de l ouest... en 25 ans, par exemple la Suède et l Ukraine se sont gavées en gagnant 4 et 3 fois et je ne vous parle pas des places d honneur ! La France a une chance sur cent de gagner autant dire peut-être en 2068... concrètement, elle est là pour faire son gros chèque de contributeur principal et applaudir les triomphes des autres pays... et accessoirement chanter sa petite chanson... la performance de Barbara pravi en 2021 est à graver dans le marbre... ça ne risque pas de se reproduire de si tôt...
