I coached gymnastics full time until I was 30 (and part time from the time I was 16). People do not walk into the gym and go straight into doing back tucks or back handsprings unless they've had experience in a similar sport. A lot of people take weeks or months just to learn a back roll. This guy clearly has done something before which helped him catch on so quick. Thankfully it seems that most people in the comment section are aware that this is not normal, but it's still irresponsible to post something like this. Most of the kids we had who got injured were ones who were just trying stuff at home or on a backyard trampoline. A back handspring or back tuck done wrong with no experienced spotter can lead to serious injuries.

There are 2 certainties in life: taxes and me never doing a backflip.
This is literally the perfect tutorial if anyone wants to learn it
"absolute noob" *brings an absolute gigachad*
thanks for posting this, I've been trying to push my friend into doing a backflip for a month now, this will definitely hype him up
Sweet !!
plot twist: that noob dude taught this guy to backflip
I can't even fit into one of those pants, let alone thinking of doing a backflip.
Like how you teach, awesome!
This is really good technique i am going to try it!
He literally was so excited he lunged forward and smacked his face on the ground lol
I used to do these stuff a lot when I was a little toddler but I had to stop because my parents were worried I might break a bone or two I even lost my flexibility out of it, man I could've learned how to do a back flip by now
Me who got myself tangled in the first step..💀👍🏽
That dance at the start 😆 🤣 😂
I just realized that when we’re having the most fun we do the most stupid, unusual stuff that we wouldn’t normally do. It’s nice to let go and just have fun though
Idk what a macaco is but u did that really smooth it reminded me of eddy from tekken
"Hey dude so you're gonna put me on this video as like I turned into a pro to a God Right?" "Totally" "Wait a minute.....HOW DARE YOU"
„Teaching an absolute noob” Noob proceeds to do a one handed backflip for his first lesson.
The Noob is very, very, very talented 😊
great resource, thank you for sharing
That gym looks amazing, I want to go there
That's so cool I liked the energy ⚡
The "Noob's" first backflip on the trampoline was better than the first backflip of the "Professional"
I learned to back hand spring when I was a little kid on my bed. I remember putting a bunch of blankets and towels down on the floor the first time I tried it off the bed.
The fact that he just face planted himself at the end is just to funny 😂
Although he is a trained athlete, this is probably a good model for actual noobs to chart their journey in learning to do a backflip. After all, this is a short for just the learning process
"An absolute noob" -Super fit guy
I have a very specific phobia of “snapping my neck during a back roll”
Same 😂
@@r.g.1502 I’m actually just afraid of anything coming close to my neck. I think I was almost choked to death when I was small and is just paranoid of anything that has to do with my neck.
Spotting is actually insane. I learned how to backflip with hands so idk what that would be called haha. But it was soooooo much easier than I expected
standing tucks were always hard for me as i progressed in gymnastics but wow
“no bounce” “on spring floor”
The biggest thing preventing a person from learning a back flip is fear. Once I over came the fear of going backwards it's cake. I do them off walls, on the ground, off structures.
That last jump, the dive onto the floor must have hurt
I am learning a backflip since two months and I'm feeling like in a month it's there. While training I've met a lot of guys who can easily do backflips and they always said it took them about three months. If you are young or very athletic you are faster, but noone needs a day unless he is superhuman. Stay Safe guys
That first perfect standing back tuck is a game changer ✨great video🔥💯
Reading that he's considered a noob made me feel like "wow, I'm even more useless than I ever thought" lmao
Bro, looks like if Tom Holland Napoleon dynamite had a baby
I literally tried to do the first one and almost broke my neck 😂😂😂
Yoooo you need to teach me since your so good at teaching noobs on how to do backflips
I might as well have someone train me in person, seems like I would learn really fast.
Y'all turned into a whole anime fight at the end🤣
Dude I would struggle during the backroll part wtf
"absolute noob" -proceeds to do back flip on trampoline
He: This guy is Noob Me: left the chat...💀
