Learning Parkour - Teaching Myself How to: Wall Spin

2018 ж. 15 Сәу.
96 258 Рет қаралды

I decided to learn some more free running tricks today. I should have timed this! Realistically it was about 12 minutes from warm-up to my first land, but probably about 4 minutes of total attempt time (time setting up not included etc).
If I get this down better would you like a tutorial on this? Let me know in the comment section!

  • Are you a human? You are so good and it seems you learn so fast! I am so jealous, I put work into different skills but get too frustrated by mental blocks but I am working on getting over mental blocks as much as skills I am trying to get. I wish I was as fearless as you going into new skills. As a gymnast, and I know this really isn't quite related, the biggest mental block I have is doing a cartwheel on beam. I am scared I am going to somehow roll my ankle when I land even though I have never injured my ankle. Anyways, I enjoy watching your videos and find them inspiring, It is cool to see all kinds of moves people can do and come up with!
