I google Sigourney Weaver being stabbed in the back, and got Marvel's The Defenders Season 1 Episode 6 - Ashes, Ashes spun through the episode and found it. she was chopping of Sigourney Weaver head after she fell down.

A LOT of these were not from movies. Almost half of these scenes are from TV. Also, a lot of Vampire Diaries scenes, and not even good ones.
