This video is about a couple of simple exercises you can work on to improve your body's balance, muscle activation and proprioception in preparation for skiing. All you need is some space and time to focus on the task. The exercises are based around Anatomy in Motion by Gary Ward as well as my take on how they apply to skiing. Thanks for watching and please subscribe for more videos.

I’ll definitely try to emulate Tom’s ski exercises Thanks
Great exercise and not only for the legs, but the whole core. Who want‘s to vary the exercise: take a Balance Pad as platform. 👍
good stuff! you are a natural communicator son!
Thank you, Tom!
My pleasure!
Awesome balance - nothing easy here - repeat a couple of times and then try it on the box!

Good info, efficient at 1.5 speed
Do you have a foot work agility routine using an agility ladder or imaginary agility ladder?
I dont. Plenty of the out there. Great exercise. I prefer to do that sort of thing in a natural environment like on logs or boulders. Keeps it more interesting.
Why not try this with ski boots on also?
