RB Leipzig is not a heavyweight as compared to City group owners, they are kinda small fry. They have been in a lot of sports and yes everyone is in sports to dominate but the systems developed and the wonderkids provided by RB group are like that because they were acquired by RB in first place. While City in it's own academy has done some nice work, they depend on filtering and buying clubs strategically where they might find the markets and quality like Palermo. They are more like talent hoarders since they can buy large. RB however, does smart and strategic signings rather than going for Haaland and being linked with Ronaldo and Messi each time their contracts run out, and they rely on homegrown or internally RB grown talents a lot more than Man City does, also they don't blindly funnel in cash worth of 100 violations. And the bribe needed to not get relegated to non league while all other clubs violating any rule are facing points deduction. RB personally I feel are way more ethical as a practice than City group.
