    • Nunca encontré ni una pizca d Paz en la religión cristiana Sus iglesias con esos cuadros c imágenes de la crucificción, c el fuego y personas, diz q en.el infierno. X el contrario son imágenes q intimi dan y asustan. No hay forma q crea en cristianismo q es.sinónimo d.muerte, ls pobres cristianos tragados x leones, otros golpeados, crucificados.   • Después de una crisis de ansiedad, la más díficil vivida hasta el momento, medité con Jorge Benito sobre la ansiedad ( me costó) pero logré calmarme, después puse esto y me dormí muy plácidamente.   • Hace poco, pide superar varios obstáculos de la vida, estrés, depresión y una parte de la ansiedad, muchas cosas pasaron por mi mente, bendito al padre, el gran arquitecto del universo pude superar a través de meditación, ejercicio, cambios de hábitos(comportamiento y nutrición). Estoy más que feliz, pero hace poco, mi madre la operaron de la matriz, pasó por algunos problemas secundarios, hasta que le diagnosticaron depresión y ansiedad, me dolió mucho al escuchar por que ando en otro país, sé y conozco el gran corazón de ella y el sacrificio que hizo por nosotros, lo único que puedo decir es gracias al universo de los altibajos de la vida, felicidad, enojo, aire calor, todo es dualidad, solo con una pequeña molestia si pudieran enviar energía positiva hacia toda aquella persona que está pasando por algún problema, se que todo el temporal. Así que saludos hermanos dónde quiera que se encuentren, que todo fluya, no bajen guardia todo para adelante. Un abrazo 🙏✝️✝️🛐

Desde hace un par de meses que vengo sintiendo que estoy pasando por un periodo de transformacion fuerte, sintiendo que paso ppr una especie de turbo o tormenta para llegar a Puerto mas fuerte y empoderada. Creo que mi evolucion empezo mucho antes,(para mi finales de 2021 cuando habia recientemente terminado con mi ex pareja abusadora y narcisista). Gracias querido Rowan. He tenido todo el año a mi ermitaño a mi lado, Virgo con numero 9 como numero guia (mi persona especial justo calza todo, virgo de el 9 de Septiembre).   • Escuché varios videos para poder dormir dónde me decían como tengo que relajarme pero mi anciedad seguía a pesar de las respiraciones profundas , encuentro esta melodía suave y sin palabras sierro los ojos y comienzo a imaginarme caminando sobre algodón suave blanco como la nieve y cálido como el amor verdadero levanto la mirada y noto ligeros y delgados rayos dorados que llegan a mis pies ,pero no veo con mis ojos ,como si sintiera con el alma unos brazos cálidos me sostienen recuesto mi ser en amor puro siento paz absoluta consuelo y mucho sueño algo que no es voz me dise al oído que confíe todo estará bien todo pasa, pero este momento es divino y lo disfruté asta que la luz de el día me abrió los ojos y me siento amada Dormir es un regalo❤😊
