All those parables put into practice truly heals your insides. After that, only things you allow in your life increases or decreases your external self. - Except for narc abuse survivors who are desperately need help with anything to keep strong 💪🙏❤️ Letting go of need to be rejected, abandoned, abused, discarded, kicked out for speaking up against abuse because the abusers feel afraid, threatened and angery that they didn't manage to successfully silence their victims forever, only for 3 decades. Breakthrough is coming. Statues of limitations needs to be overturned in favor of childhood survivors who are battle depression and suicide why does the mind take so freaking long to finally overcome the blocks to healing? Hopefully regain inner strength and courage to document 🙏❤️ recall and report the memories...call it c-ptsd "induced amnesia??" Brain needs to forget the insanely painful abuse because that would have caused immediate suicide attempts. Decades later when the adult body is in a protected space, only then will the mind recall what makes the body and mind to finally fight and stop to constantly flight and freeze for 3 decades? So many vivid flashbacks have emerged after the third hospitalization.... courage to speak 💔 up has taken so many years. If anyone's interested to pray for healing, making a website available to talk about these things so that other survivors and their mentors/ professional coaches, etc. will have a safe forum to discuss their struggles with mental health. As the day comes to a end my great grandmother is no longer with me or my family on this earth. I find this video first on my feed on KZhead as I try to get some sleep. The butterflies in the beginning of this video give me hope that she is free now. I can go to sleep a little more easier now that I believe she sent this video for me to rest peacefully tonight.

It's so awing how simply and spontaneously humans can jump into something and unite to regignize and interact with each other. if we weren't such scared souls trying to push through this world and survive, we would be able to experience it really deeply. for now, it's heartwarming to experience this much shine through words on a website, showing that most of time we only need a little smile to power through so much.
