Aura Cleansing Meditation: this is a meditation that you can do whenever you go to sleep. Each frequency in this meditation corresponds to a different chakra. The goal of this meditation is to clear your aura, balance and heal the seven chakras using sound as a healing tool. If you’re living a balanced lifestyle, this should happen naturally. When you’re sleep deprived, and overworked, your energetic field may become unbalanced.

8:00 solar plexus chakra
12:05 Heart chakra
16:07 throat chakra
20:00 Third eye chakra
24:00 Crown chakra
Meditation Instructions:
Lay down on a comfortable position. Start focusing on your breath and let your inner chatter go away. Imagine yourself surrounded by a brilliant light as you close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to your spirit guides and ask them to protect you as you fall into deep sleep.
Ask them to walk this light thru your chakras as the music changes from a frequency to another, removing all the negative energies, balancing these centers and clearing your Aura.
When you wake up the next morning, sit on your bed and take several deep breaths. Then drink a glass of water before eating your breakfast.
The number of times a week you should do this meditation depends on how you feel about your energy. You may use this meditation when you're feeling low on energy or. By cleansing your aura daily you rid yourself of negative energies that you’ve picked up from other people and the environment so you may use it as a prevention to keep you on a high vibration.

    • I want to do mantra chanting without any guide because i feel i am just listening to it nothing from my side is coming but there is 1 problem i don't know what mantra comes after what means om, yam ans etc and don't know there hand position so can i print a paper of it and start with bottom and and after finishing first chakra open my eyes and look at the second and continue the same.????? Guide me.??

    • Thank you.i need this.i am at a crossroads in my life..just as t turned.60 recently and have been under every heavy,horrible kind of stress that you can imagine short of being murdered,(or BEING a murderer,lol)for about 9 years now,and somehow I have managed to survive(barely)if not exactly THRIVING.i have always been strong,but my health became not so good,and my stress and anxiety levels are so high I am unable to cope effectively. I feel like a caged tiger who has been in captivity an eternity,and had vicious people surrounding her cage and poking her with sharp sticks under a glaring and harsh light,until she began finally to weaken,and then utterly lose the will to fight on and survive...it's a terrible place to be in and the emptiness of the void surrounds me...so very tired.i must find an amswer,a light in my (now) surrounding empty,cold darkness! This is helpful, I thank you for sharing 🙏 ❤✌praying for peace,both within me and in the world.

  • I work with people with different sorts of dementia. The reason I comment is to thank you for uploading this. Currently I take care of a man with bad Alzheimer's, who suffers from deep anxiety and depression. He gets very worried easily and tonight (it's 8 pm here, in Sweden) I put him to bed as usual. Usually he gets up as soon as I leave his bedside, but this evening I started this track and sat down on a chair next to his bed. It took him about 2 minutes to fall asleep, and right now he's in really deep sleep and I'm sat here listening to this beautiful music and the man's deep, relaxing breathing. I thank you for this moment.

  • I’ve watched so many meditation and frequency videos and this one by far is the most powerful one!!!! I havent meditated often and certainly not consistently so there’s a lot of chaos in my brain. I was laying down and The first 15 minutes my mind was running in circles like crazy plus I couldn’t stop fidgeting. Then out of nowhere the frequency got to me and my mind when blank (more calm) and I completely stopped moving. It’s like I felt like I was ascending to another portal. I literally felt like I was lifting off my bed. WOWWWW!!!!! This meditation is the real deal and I will be using this every morning now ✨✨✨✨✨✨💫💫💫
