❤Mind blowing facts
Thankyou for sharing your knowledge 🙏
Sir one question: I am eating flavoured protein to meet my nutritional requirements but then realised it's chemical based because it's flavoured. Now I have two options either I throw it or purchase new one without flavour and dilute flavoured one with unflavoured to get most out of it. Is it a good option or I shall eliminate f laboured one completely ? Pls help
Thank you Ryan for sharing your knowledge.
Since I had started listening Mr. Ryan Fernando I can't skip any of his podcast. What a great and simple way of explanation.
.
Most underrated podcast on the internet, Ryan is unfiltered here and is giving really solid information that everyone should know, hope it picks up and reaches more people
Assalamualaikum from Islamabad, Pakistan. What a brilliant moment of this podcast popping up. I can so relate to all this conversation. Sir Ryan, you have such a wonderful expression of explaining in simple terms, a bit of jolly and fun with all serious knowledge. I have tears in my eyes as I am listening to this podcast. I wish I could contact sir Ryan for improving my health. Any leads would be highly appreciated. Thank you for this podcast. I hope everyone listens to it and change our lifestyle while there is still time.
Ryan Sir, 5 stars for simplifying EVERYTHING especially leaky gut! Always a pleasure to learn from you
Being a Nutritionist I have been advocating Nutrition Science on various platforms . Infact it should be a compulsary subject in schools unlike Social Science . This will take a time but Corona has taught everyone to look into what their intake is to enhance the immunity . Kudos to both of you. I could very much relate to what Ryan speaks but unfortunately in early 90s we did not have nutri-genetics as a subject . Lovely to hear him .
I am 68 years old and I never eat wheat and bread since 18 years. I always had belly ache and constipation because of eating wheat. Luckily, I discovered this fact accidentally myself..
Thank you @Traya and @Ryan sir for spreading how important nutrition is.
good job traya !!! want more mental health or neuroscience podcast
thank you for the very intelligent exposure. very rightly said. even if someone get offended just ignore them and continue with such podcasts.
Wow what a podcast. Hats off for Ryan. We r fortunate enough to listen/watch this n understand the food science. Thank you Ryan. Great job Saloni!! I will definitely come back to this podcast.
Thank you for this elaborate podcast!! This should be a must for every individual!! I pray we learn more from this. Dr. Ryan does a beautiful fusion of ancient Indian science of ayurveda and modern medicine!! Nutrition is personal, and it surprises me, how people choose to be ignorant about food not suiting their body. We need more people like him to open up and share their knowledge!! Thank you once again!!!
excellent Dr Ryan...i have listened to your videos earlier also with other hosts...every time it is inspiring and also helps to make small changes in life...I do not have gluten issue but eat chapathis very rarely like once a week for breakfast and milk just little bit with tea once in the morning...i gave up afternoon tea after watching Dr Walker's video that it causes sleep disturbance.
This is an awesome podcast, the doctor really went in depth about nutrition and how one should eat and dedicated their life to fitness
As a certified fitness nutritionist and health coach, I share so many similar views with what Ryan just spoke. I ordered my genetic testing kit recently and waiting to send the sample..can't wait to learn more about my body. I also highly recommended HTMA to understand mineral ratios. I got it done in the past and the results were shocking because the regular blood work never showed it. Unfortunately, coming to supplementation - most doctors themselves aren't well aware of why we need supplements and often ignore it. I share my stance on this with Traya because the quality of food we eat isn't the same as in the past..not everyone can afford high quality food and also eating foods that meet the RDA for important minerals and vitamins is very challenging when we consume OMAD or 2 meals a day. Hence, to fill the nutritional gaps - supplements are very helpful. Magnesium and omega 3 are my go to for many years. Lovely podcast.
How & where to order? Please elaborate.
Just love the way you explain this wholw process of nutition!!!Please start lecturing your stuff in schools For the younger generation!!!!❤❤

God bless 🙌 you 🙌 🙏 from ORISSA 😊
Its from my personal experience , I don't remember the last time I had any food with processed/ unnatural sugar - even the thought of jalebi will not enter in your head when you quit white sugar totally , it's means no sugary food for 3 months - with this thought you will also have to quit all pckt food , bec everything on this earth which is processed is with added sugar - believe me life change when you quit sugar in total .
Which brands did he mention I know 24Mantra but other one I could not make out
Excellent podcast!! Want to ask which CGM would be highly recommended....if anyone could throw some light. TIA

BISCUIT: BI = 2; Double, CUIT = Cook...Biscuit in French mean Double Cook?
before the the actual content starts, the background makes you feel like last moments.
He didn't answered a single question just jumping from 10k BC to now. We just want to know what is good to eat n what not or just tell what not to eat
Some people in the world are starving, if you give that bread and rice you think is unhealthy they would be very grateful. Greedy rich people are over eating and they are getting unhealthy sick fat. What a world we are living.
Seriously people with same rice and roti has stronger bodies grannies and grandpa's in Rajasthan living 100+ years on same food. It's just that only packaged food needs to be avoided
With the portion thing , what if i want to gain weight??
What is the name of book
He looks so good. “Evolving” does him well. When people say, you look younger than your age, I’m going to say, “I evolved.” 😊
I eat everything I just do portion control and do excersise it’s help me a lot but I don’t eat sugar sometimes sweet it’s depends it’s worked like a magic for me 😊
please make a podcast on mental health
As a microbiologist I have always said we feed our gut microbes instead of ourselves.
Can we replace Rice with quinoa?
The entire video is only forbidding us but not guiding us as to what we should do
Please make a video on type1 diabetes diet

i lean many thing from ryan fernando
Who’s listening in? A gluten sensitive Latina from New Jersey 😂…thank you!
Informative but shorter videos of 30mins s good
Thanks a lot.Very inspiring information. we should eat little rice ,and lots of vegetables and fruits every day istead of chapati.and exercise daily.
Roti is better than rice as per the other famous doctor’s podcast that I watched
Chapati is healthy most of influencers nowadays are paid to promote western bland shit food. So don't pay that much of attention
Please please please translate this book in regional languages ASAP Most of the Indians aren't comfortable with English reading but a pretty huge percentage of Indian population consumes wheat especially fiber less flour as their daily food. Burst the myths about wheat by translating this book.
Yeah shift to what? American junk foods?
We eat multi grain atta chapathi
Food is tasty on its own. There is no need for salt . Milk tea, milk coffee is tasty in its own. There is no need for sugar.
Every body needs salt. Nobody needs sugar
Great
drinking tea and coffee as such does not gain weight..if it is taken one or two cups in a day not in the afternoon...exercise is a must...i have lost five kilos just reducing portion control and nothing else...
It blocks nutrient absorption.. lesser food lesser nutrients so make sure it’s absorbed well
@@sumitrachachar8525 drinking one tea in the morning with breakfast per day blocks nutient absorption?
gluten free diet & Novak Djokovic 🤝🤝
What about having pure COW’S ghee in our food. Because I love to use Ghee on my food. Thanks 🙏
In moderation or under 15 gms
@@celebritynutritionistryan ok thanks 🙏

😳😳😳50,he looks 18 to 20.wooww.health is wealth
I'm bit confused most of the nutritionist ask to avoid dairy, however my dermat ask me to drink atleast two cups of milk if u need to skin or if u need a glow y there is a discrepancy btwn dermat and nutritionist...I asked him now PPL ask to stop dairy u asking me to drink he said u include :(
Lol the thing is mostly all derms will say to avoid diary . Urs is a crazy derm lol
Lord Krishna and all ancient Indians main source of food was dairy based milk, ghees they used to have height of 7 feet like Maharana Pratap. It's just that packaged food needs to be avoided.
@@programmingwithsunny6121 nowadays alll cows are injected with hormones which the human body is not able to tolerate thus causes acne . better avoid dairy .
Real scary message. As usual, even speaking to rich and middle classes to get healthy has become a business. However, the poor stays poor (in majority in India) just have dreams to eat like the muddle class and the rich. Just wondering, how this english message would reach the poor Indian.
Green colour is wonderful...it catches my attention while scrolling, the podcaster is Saloni...i stop and listen

Amaray aik imam nay 1300 saal pehlay bataya k apnay maiday ya pait ko 3hissoan mein bant do...aik hissa ghiza, aik hissa pani, aik hissa hava. That is portion control in todays world.
