People are always watching out for one hit KO guys, but I think the constant beating that Holloway uses is way worse. Overeem took one shot from Francis Ngannou and was back in six months. Kattar and Ortega got beaten by Holloway and were both out for a year+.
I’d rather take 1 strike from Francis than 400 from Max.
Holloway’s style causes legit trauma bro it’s nuts. Ngannou could give a concussion with a punch I swear but Holloway is like, ima concuss you, then continue to do it for 5 rounds you ain’t gonna remember shit

I think we all love fight highlights but ufc has banned videos/clips from being showed so youtubers now just do commentary. He does do a great job at this too though

I learned something very late in life, abit like Ortega. What I learned & was told by a true master who taught me this lesson(the hard way) was " you HAVE too lose occasionally too see how it feels, otherwise you won't progress & better yourself". Wise words I wished I heard a decade before.
