The LX 600 F Sport is large and in charge from Lexus. On the outside you will discover unique wheels, grill and front fascia. On the inside there is a 2-tone interior and massive 12.3in infotainment system screen. Under the hood is a 3.5 twin-turbo V6 mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. Is the 2023 Lexus LX 600 F Sport a BETTER luxury SUV than a BMW X7?

The LX is probably my dream SUV. Give me about 5 years...and I'll have one!
thats definitely the amount of time needed to be able to afford these cars now and days. They thinking everyone can afford 100k for a car that does the same thing as a 35k car
You already have one 😎
The GX is more in my range 😂
Have one right love it. However, Lexus needs to address mpg. It’s sucks. Lol. I want 22-25mpg premium gas!
May your dream come true bro
The LX600 and X7 should never be mentioned in the same sentence. The Land Cruiser based LX is designed to last a minimum of 25 years of off-road abuse. The X7 will break down while trying to drive up a curb.
😂😂
Lmaooo trueee
100% true 👍
Well you just mentioned it in the same sentence sooooo
Neither the LS450..... he most probably meant LS400
Just got my new LX F Sport. Finally was able to buy one without the “Market Adjustment” mark up. Absolutely love it!
🎉 Congratulations 👏 just got my NX 350 FSPORT a while back. Loving it
The big difference between the Lexus and BMW is you will have someone driving the Lexus 300000 400000 miles. The BMW will be in the junk yard at that mileage.
This is my dream truck! I can just hear how quiet this vehicle is, and it glides through the road. It has a demanding stance and I love it.❤😍
Lol, this truck's mission is that bring waifu and children for off road trip😂
They've had my order deposit for over a year... still no word of delivery date 😊. Can't wait
Okay Lexus I see ya now. Looking pretty good with this LX. Now let's see what the 2024 GX and TX bring with the media drive 👍🏻
Lexus biggest selling point is my biggest factor when buying a vehicle, Longevity. Great job Joe, my next dream car!!
I don't need a third row and I like the second row bench seat. I'd take this over anything in the market.
Its nice to see Lexus update however the previous V8 engine was bullet proof and perfected over the years resulting long reliability. Lexus should had 5.0 natural aspirated V8 option for the F sport!
Many owners agreed that the V8 was better in the LX570.
Black chrome, indeed, would look much better on the mirror caps and the door trim. When comparing this model or any other Lexus model to either the BMW or Mercedes, I believe that you'll always get more bang for the buck, especially in the area of reliability. The way this LX is optioned is very appealing to me even with the standard sunroof. This updated LX is just magnificent, in my humble opinion.
Still waiting on your review of the 2024 LC500!
Loved this Lexus, it is a beauty. The full bench for the second row is very useful considering this is a mid size but for the price I would also consider a full size suv.
That’s full size suv
The new tx is mid size
@@onterrioredmon5711 Even though it is a big suv, the third row wasn’t meant for adults and the cargo area is barely usable when the seats are up.
Well another way u can think about it regarding the LX vs TX is yes, the LX is a full size on the outside, due to the height. Inside tho, it's closer to midsized dimensions. The TX is a midsize SUV on the outside due to the height. Inside tho, it's closer to a full sized dimensions.
@@omarcortes5754 and that’s why the lx 600 is losing in the full-size suv segment because the Escalade and the navigator all have good cargo capacity with the third row up that’s why I didn’t get a lx 600 tx is a midsize but has more cargo space than the lx 600
Great review. I do like the chrome though. It pops out. Looks great!
Yes on the trim to match wheels. Agreed looking forward to the new GX with the V6 twin turbo and I hear there will be a hybrid version with around 400hp. That’s what I need when I turn 55.
Wish it had captain seats in the back and a 3rd row. Feel the shifter needs to be smaller also make it look more roomy. Lexus definitely more reliable but the BMW is way more luxurious.
Joe and Lori and Steve and keep up the good work and I love the video 👍 💯
🇺🇸 *LOVE this Lexus LX 600 F Sport* !! *Two-tone interior is FAB* !! *High priced* !! *Shocked to see so many REAL buttons on the dash* !! #RaitisRides 🇺🇸
My man Joe, back in action
Just got mine 2 days ago and traded in my lc200. Missing my 200 but also loving my lx600 fsport.
Can't wait for that GX550 review joe! Really just depends on needs. Looking to keep something longer? The Lexus. Looking to just keep something for a few years then move onto the next model? The BMW
Not really. The BMW will be in the shop the first 3 months, believe my words. Even on warranty, you’re left without a car when it’s in the shop.
Not necessarily true. I have a 2018 X5 and it has not been in the shop since I got it. Thankfully. Scheduled maintenance and caring about your major purchase is key.
@@ddunnsr1True! Very happy you haven't had any issues for you and it's very true that if you take care of your car, it'll take care of you. I think we can perhaps agree though there are just some brands of cars that even with perfect maintenance tends to have more failures etc than some other brands with perfect maintenance
@@JuanPabloRiojasGaming I agree. My sister's brand new X3 broke down when her and her family were on holiday. It wasn't the $1,000 bill for replacing a sensor, nor the fact that she had to go to 2 difference BMW dealers and ended up at the only dealer that could help, which was 90 miles away from where they were staying, but the fact that she no car for the entire holiday, and she had to get a 15-mile taxi ride to the nearest train station, then a train, then another taxi to the dealer ... twice! *Yet my sister will look you dead in the face and tell you the car was reliable, and that she's had no "real problems" with the car!* My friend also had an X5 from new, and her latest .... thang ... is that the handbrake (e-brake) doesn't work. So when she parks on her drive, which is on a slight gradient, with her two kids strapped in the back ... she panics that the car will roll down the street. That, along with the suspension issues, infotainment glitches flashing like you're in a Miami club ... and many other problems … and memories of many a morning having to push start my Landlords M3 E30, so he could bump start it .... along with many other BMW engine failures, steering rack failures and electrical glitches ... I tend to give BMW a big swipe left! As for the VW Boxster my brother owned, ... that's a disaster story for another thread!
A beautifully crafted SUV that will likely stand the test of time, a lot of tech these days that will be expensive to fix/calibrate if kept long-term. I'm old enough to remember when you could buy a nice condo for $107K. A Zonk for lack of cargo room while using the 3rd row seat, limits comfort to 4 adults or 3 kids in the back fighting in the second row if you're on a road trip and have cargo/luggage to haul.
When my GX died after 13 years and 300K miles (well didn’t die just needed more repair than I was willing to do) I cross shopped every competitor from Genesis, BMW, Mercedes up to 150K and ended up buying pretty much this exact vehicle. Every option on it they could do. Happily paid MSRP for the 23 LX600 FSport. I’m about 2500 miles in and just love it.
I just bought a 23 GX 460 but lx 600 is next
I love no sun roof , so glad no big huge glass roof , love all the manual buttons , love love the old school
The Lexus brand is of high quality in my opinion and they continue to make 8 cylinder cars so kudos to Lexus. The GX 460 has a 8 cylinder engine.
2024, that’s out the window. G550 is up next 👆🏽with the twin turbo V6
Uh, what are you talking about? There is no V8 here in the new LX nor is there on in the new GX. Wake up and join the 2024 model year.
@@MiahVegaI think the LC 500 and IS 500 F-sport performance are the last 2 Lexus with the NA V8 engine for 2024 and beyond before they’re gone. You can count the RC F too since it also has the V8.
I'd definitely choose this over the X7,not a fan of 3rows but this looks better and It will go miles without breaking "TOYOTA" unlike the X7
I wanted to say thank you for helping me pick my car. I got a 2024 kia sportage x-pro prestige a few days ago & it feel like I'm driving a rental even though I know it's mine. I can't be more happier your awesome brother thanks for your videos.
The color coordination is perfect it brings out the luxurious and exquisite look , facts !
Love it !
My dream SUV
I like the 600, Lexus build quality is hard to pass on.. but no semi autonomous drive, like others at or even below this price point- subscription tech (which is actually understandable with the state of innovation), no pano roof, so so fuel economy, and no massage seats unless you go super luxury with the airline chairs in the back… I don’t know, I feel like others are just doing it better in the luxury suv game..
After seeing all the reviews on the the X7, GLS, Escalade, and Range Rover my wife ended up wanting the Lexus LX 700. BMW and Range Rover reliability are notoriously bad and i wasn’t willing to roll the dice because time is money. The Escalade was gorgeous but she wanted something more nimble and easy to drive on the daily and the Lexus checked off all the marks. The Mercedes is also beautiful, but she loves d the fact how rare you see the LX on the road and I loved their reliability and resale value. Win Win
It needs the old ISF left and right side air vents for cooling & aesthetic purposes.
The one and only! LX is the ❤ my automotive life. PS: Hydraulic suspension.
Hi Joe. Im a subber since 8k subs back in 2018-17 i think. Thnx
How spacious is it in the 3rd row?
5:46 I kind of have to disagree with Joe on the placement of chrome on this Lexus. To me, the Chrome is evocative of little flashes of lightning against the dark storm cloud.
I like this vehicle a lot would prefer black and I love the chrome accents on mirror, door and throughout
This Lexus LX 600 F Sport Compared with: - BMW X7 M Sport - Audi Q7 50 TDI - Mercedes GLS 63 S - Chevrolet Tahoe RST - Ford Expedition Timberline - Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat - Infiniti QX80 Sensory - Cadillac Escalade Platinum - GMC Yukon Denali - Lincoln Navigator Black Label - Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk - And More
GLS 450. It doesn't compare to the GLS63 or even the GLS580 under the hood.
Agree - needs black chrome trim IS500 style
Happy Friday, Joe!
If you skip 3rd row seat and be able to reach USB and cup holder for 3rd row from back It means you'll not have enough cargo space.
I'm wondering if they fixed their defective disk rotors that warp? Both my GX's and both my LX'S have warped their rotors causing me to have them spun at my expense.
Now my dream Lexus LX600 SUV I can buy.
The LX 600 is a luxury vehicle. It should not have an F Sport tuned suspension. I would buy this SUV though. Very nice.
The f sport trim has the best grill in my opinion. Too bad the f sport is not available on other trim.
I love my LX 600 F Sport
That's a very nice car. It's just this and other similar suvs in this category are over riced. Also still trying to comprehend the combo of luxury and off roading; they don't seem to mix with mud!
Does it have a spare wheel?
Joe, I’m right there with ya on the zonks for the clashing chrome finishes on the f-sport. The car would look so much more clean and tidy with accents of the primary metallic grey paint or just black in general. To be honest I never really noticed that on car’s before you started pointing it out in your reviews and now any time I see a car (my highlander has this problem as well) with chrome anything, the zonk-a-meter in my head is going off!
When I ordered my truck I just got the blackout package.
Yes, dark chrome trim please 🙂. I thought it would have the 2.4 turbo 4 cylinder 🤣
Just saw one on the showroom floor at the dealership for 111K. Nice... but so sad about the lack of NA V8
What happened to showing the third row seating?
Oh that's a good one and the LX 600 is amazing and put together perfectly but the X7 is something out of this world.
🇺🇸 *Congrats on 1 MILLION subs* !! #RaitisRides 🇺🇸
How I wish the F sport badge was also blacked out in the seat, plus replacing the chrome finish to black also.
Wish they put the sequoia capstone engine and panoramic roof.
Alright Joe let’s see what Lexus bringing to the table
The answer is NOTHING 😆 Lexus can’t afford to compete with the best
@@naveenthemachineyou know nothing about cars. A high school student driving an 02 Elantra and hating 2 brands with passion. Grow up buddy stop acting like a kid. Oh wait I forgot you are one 💀
This review felt like a drunk man half-assing a project! Loved iiit!!!! 😍
You crack me up!
)mg more than 1 million Subs now. before we only like 1000 subs way back in 2019 i think. congrats.
Dark chrome is the way to go, Joe. The zunk is totally justified. I believe Lexus and the Koreans really know how to implement dark chrome in their moldings
why must everything be an infatuation with dark this and dark that???i come from a time when chrome was luxurious, still is in my opinion/ a good steak never gets old.
@@joetravieso3165 it is elegant and luxurious. I like shiny chrome and and dark shiny chrome, over black accent. A lot of people prefer balck-outs and it doesn't work on every single vehicle. For more sportier trim, I prefer the black shiny chrome.
Cool Car!
What happened to the third row part, I think it got lost during editing
Spacious enough for average-sized adult to be comfortable on short trips. Both 2nd and 3rd rows are not going to give you "large SUV" room though.
Lexus another level
The real Landcruiser
I went with the 2024 BMW X7 M60i as the technology is far superior. During shopping, I compared them both. My opinion, there is nothing that beats the BMW in a large SUV class.🚙
Escalade I’d say is #1
It looks like a Nissan. One is car based for moms and the LX is a true luxury 4x4.
No massaging seats? Or did I miss that?
The check engine light is already on in the BMW, so yes, the Lexus is better...
Definitely!!! It’s more reliable than a shit BMW!
But more higher quality than Lexus
@@darkivaz-aaa1145 sadly not true! BMW won’t last you 300k miles with little to no service.
@@singh853_5 BINGO !!
@@singh853_5same with toyota this days😂

I consider to buy new 23' Lexus LX600 Sport.
Big thanks to Steven Flood photography, videography, cinematography 📼📸📹🎥📽️🎞️ and Joe’s acting choreography 🦹♂️🎭🎬
I jumped in a few Lexus Suvs at the Car show. And I have to admit. As soon as you sit in one you can't deny the premium luxury. So yeah Lexus is among the best
Congrats on the 1 million subscribers! With the amount of money that this car costs, especially in the dealers, I’d rather go treat myself with something like the Mercedes GLS or BMW X7. Savagegeese also made a video on this and they called out how much it lags behind its competitors. Seeing your review, I could see what those guys meant.
definitely need the massage seats i thought i saw the button on the drivers side but this a very nice vehicle but for the price i rather have a Cadillac Escalade
I'm sure it'll come with the 2024 refresh. Especially since the new GX has the option
@@davidhouston7812 aw ok
Considering a Sequoia Capstone is 100k (as are most loaded mainstream full-size SUVs today), this $108k seems like a steal😂.
Off course I’d take the Lexus on a heartbeat 💓 especially the LX, LFA, LC, GX.
I'm waiting for the new GX to launch.
Amazing review as always Joe!! You are the best car KZheadr and journalist ever! Hands down 🙌🏾
can u make a video of the new 2024 subaru legacy touring xt plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
By displacement this car actually has a 3.4 v6 twin turbo but Lexus for some reason calls it a 3.5. Great review as always.
They have changed it to 3.4 a few months ago
Why yes, yes it is.
Center console seems dated. Not sure why it doesn't mirror the center consoles in the TX or GX.
Yes black chrome
How the heck can Lexus charge over $100K and not include massage seats for driver but include it for rear passenger WTF 😂
The massage driver’s seat is useless other than making the driver sleepy
Love me a Lexus 😙
Black chrome 💪
Only Lexus nothing else!!!!!!!!!!!!🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
The third row and off road ability are superfluous. A bit old school still. If you want a premium luxury suv you can keep 10-20 years this is it though.
I know this won’t be happening anytime soon but one can dream right? We need a Lexus LX F drop the f sport and drop a V8 under the hood. Thanks to emissions can’t have them anymore
Maybe dressing a traditional saudi arabia costume in this reviewing will makes this Lexus even more luxurious!
they need to make a lexus LX Hybrid
It's coming 700h
@@davidhouston7812 I am definitely going to be looking for that then.

i think lexus is way better then bmw because lexus is luxury strong and good resale value

None at all.
