I think he assumed she deliberately stopped them and being Utopia’s kid, he might have assumed she was there to bring them to justice even though she had no clue what the hell they were doing. They are in such a high state of drive, drive don’t get caught. That’s all his mind can think about in the moment.

I think Chloe is the next utopia. She havent even spilled a blood in this season. Her brother kinda weak. But her.. Gurl. She's so badass and amazing. She'll look good in blonde tho. I hope she'll change her style next season. But I love this too.

What if Chloe actually was originally suppose to take her father's spot as the new Utopian before she ditched the super heroics? Would explain why she's stronger than her brother and why Sheldon has all but gave up on her.
