  • I’ve been going through a really intense depression. I finally decided today to start therapy, I re-arranged my entire room and cleaned up, now I’m in bed I’m reading this self help book while listening to this. I know things will get better *1 month later: It’s only been a month but it feels like forever ago. I was in such a bad place and I am still working on it but I feel so much more content.   • Day 5: Today i felt a little better, not good though. i feel as if every day is the same, i wake up, have classes, do homework and sleep. nothing is special anymore...i wish there was ANYTHING fun in my life, not anymore though. I've been feeling sort of better, i'm barely holding on by a thread but i just keep going! that's what you should do too, life is the most precious and valuable thing given to a living creature, and no one has the right to take it no matter how bad it gets, remember, everything will get better! just keep going!

  • Day 4: Today was a massive surprise not gonna lie, i was really bored and sad, but a stranger lit up my day with putting the bare minimum of effort! because, nobody seemed to care whether i was in the server or not, they all ignored me as if nothing was happening, and no, it wasn't a big server. but they decided to stand up for me, i was really happy for the rest of the day! i didn't know how to thank them enough so i made a little gift! as a child, i always wondered what being an adult, or experiencing what being an adult is like, but now, even though i'm not an adult, i wish i still had that little kid in me, i do, but i still wish so.

  • Day 14 and probably the last: heyyy so the time I was writing these was when I was in a very bad mental state so I needed somewhere to vent to, so I chose this video. I've been seeing people do the same and I'm pretty happy about it. I don't think so badly of life anymore, this song brings up bad memories from the past when I was still in a terrible condition. TW: bad mental health and eating problem mentions At that time period summer had just started, I hopped into discord and joined a KZheadrs server, but then they were hella toxic. Shortly after joining, I got an invite to "the better version". Sadly it wasn't any better. At first it was, but then it was just plain bullying. I was feeling terrible, I went weeks without a shower or brushing my hair or teeth, I couldn't take care of myself or be hygienic at all, I would just sit in my bed all day doing nothing. I knew that it worsened my health, but I just couldn't leave. It got so bad I couldn't properly eat, I started picking my skin again, I had no energy. I was becoming the worst version of myself and I wish I hadn't entered that server. But after I left, my health started getting better and better. So moral of the story: it actually does get better. It might be the tiniest things and decisions you have made that are causing your mental health to decrease, you just need to figure out what it is and get out asap. And remember, don't be rude for no reason. Goodbye and have a nice day ❤️

  • day 8: Ive been struggling a lot lately, especially with school. Its just that people keep calling me a fat pig just because i am still a teen whos still growing...But...oh boy do i have some news for you! I actually have a crush...shh!!! I dont know his name tho, i havent even talked to him! One day i saw him when i was on the swing, thinking about life and its point, he looked so...mesmerizing...i couldnt get my eyes off of him, he looks so calm, hes quiet and not too annoying, he looks as if hes having fun, his hair is so pretty, hes just so...beautiful... And here i am, a lazy, ugly blob. I love everything about my body, i believe its really beautiful, almost perfect, but i hate my face shape, its just so...ugly i honestly dont even know, i dont know what im looking for, what im waiting for, what i live for...Im pretty sure humans were created for the sole purpose of multiplying, which is what they achieved. To think that humans are made for nothing but being more, helping their habitat a little, but destroying it more...We need to take less and give more, we dont understand it... anyways, thank you for reading this, today was a boring day, nothing fun at all.

  • Day 6: Today i almost forgot to write here! :( but i remembered really quick, anyways, today was kind of the same, people ignored me less though, i was happy! i always thought of what being in a completely different world must've been...maybe people weren't so sensitive over even the tiniest things? would people not care about looks and just live their life a happy way? a less judgemental place? a place where people didn't fight over the tiniest details? a happy place? i don't think anyone will ever know...well...only if they're alive...but what if...

    • I can relate a lot to your comments. I'm a sensitive person and I get upset when people don't care about me. I used to get sooo mad about that!! But this school year I realized that it didn't matter if people didn't see me or react to me. Those people aren't the ones I want to be around with anyway, because if they don't give a bread about me already, they wouldn't even if we were friends. We are simply incompatible, and I'm not going to allow my desire for attention or fitting in to dictate my life. Besides, there are other "invisible" people who are a million times more interesting than those we want to seen by, and we're just looking in the wrong direction! They could be feeling like us and are just too scared to ask for honest friends (so how about we take the first step? ;> ). I understand how you feel about living in a boring loop, but it's actually not that boring! We're just scared to come out of out comfort zones, even if it's hard to admit or to even realize.The loop is only boring because we do the same things every day, but you're living proof that even little changes, like that stanger standing up for you, can make a notable difference!! I watched this movie for the first time when I was a kid and didn't like it much, but only because Jiji left Kiki for that other cat, and yesterday I re-watched it for the first time in 8 years or so. Recently I took up baking, and my stepdad was nice and helped my inexperienced butt because alone I'm a mess xD. I feel like we bonded for the first time in years, and it also brought me closer to Kiki's innocent, magical, but also vintage life. I wasn't worried about social media (which I don't really use, except for youtube), other people, grades, my future... Only about how to bake the cookies right so that my family would like them. I hope you find inspiration and ideas which you can use to make your life a little more the way you want it to be :). And remember, not every day has to be a special day!   • Day 3: Today i had school, i didn't really want to but...i had to be there you know? i felt really ignored...for some reason nobody would say a single thing about me, or ask me anything, even tho i was clearly there, i felt really sad because of that, it felt as if i was invisible... i didn't do my homework, i wasn't productive today.
