    • It's a black bean paste. You can find jars of it in korean stores. It's usually fried in oil before being used in the dish. KZheadr's Maachi and Seonkyoung longest have great videos on how to make Jajangmyeon (Black Noodles) at home.

    • lol It’s called choonjang Made of flour, sugar, fermented beans(doenjang, aka soybean paste) and caramel sauce that makes sauce even more black. Blackbean noodles were used to made of fried choonjang, but it seems like they just buy the whole made package instead of fry them their own. The way you said them goo is so funny, it actually looks like some weird goo 😂😂

  • 鍋の振り方凄い、少し落とす程度だし上手な人だと思う。 ただ一点、最初給水する時のホースの先がクソ汚いのが残念過ぎる。煮沸する？汚いもんは汚いんだよ。 その他は、オレの直観が全て「コレは旨い」と言っている。
