  • Amazing!!!! Looks so yummy!!! I love watching cooks. If I was making this I'd have a complete mess everywhere. I've always wondered how they meat was prepared. I thought they just buy frozen prepared meats and deep fry it.

  • I fell in love with this dish about 10 years ago without knowing the name. It took me 4 years to find it again and I'm so happy to eat it. This is real comfort food.

  • 짜장면 가격보다도 감동받은 게 엄청 깔끔하다는 거. 특히 화덕에 자동(?)으로 물 내려오는 장치에 감탄했어요. 저희 부모님이랑 언제 한번 꼭 가보고 싶네요. 부모님이 식당에서 맛도 중요하지만 깔끔한 걸 굉장히 중요하게 보시는데 이 영상 보시면 반하실 것 같아요. 좋은 정보 감사합니다.

  • Lots of calories but if I was in Korea a would go there he makes everything him self 👌🏼😀 yummy 🍜thats a lot of chilli 🌶🌶well I would be sweating 😂😂but I would still eat it. Wau they are super clean I just enjoy by watching, I wouldn't be afraid to get food poisoning there my compliments do the chefs and staf of this restaurant ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😁

  • Wow, I grow up eating the authentic Chinese version my grandma makes, it’s only has pork and bean paste with noodle and cucumber. Chinese version is on the salty side , I remember the Korean version is more sweet, but I only had the instant one. Would love to try this .

    • Indeed, been working in Chinese resteraunts in Asia from Osaka to Mongolia and Hong Kong for almost 14 years now, the variations between the intense salty fragrance of zhajingmien and the rich sweetness or jjajangmyeon are both delicious in their own unique ways!

  • Wow, They actually don't use any salt. That's why Jin was saying abroad food is bit salty than Korea's. Understand though they use soya sauce and sea food, but still in my country we always try to use at least a pinch of salt even with fruits. It makes food tastier.

    • It's actually a Chinese dish but I'm sure modified by Korean taste. It's called Jjajangmyeon and yes, it's very delicious. BTW, it's not very difficult to make. You can also use just about any types of noodles or even eat with rice.
