  • Everything looked amazing! If I could add my two bits then I would prefer it if they do the fried chicken half at prep and give it one final fry just before serving, that would be heavenly. Big props!

  • With this kind of food prep, I would not hesitate to eat food from Korea even if they are still raw... Cleanest and most hygienic so far of all that I'd already watched in KZhead. Even their streetfood. 😍😍😍

  • I wish in India we had this level of cleanliness and hygene. It's a small shop, he wiped the oil can before opening, all the surfaces, utensils are spik n' span this is not possible without regular cleaning... he does respect his work.. Bravo..
