00:00 - CPI
Press the CPI button to adjust your mouse sensitivity.
00:17 - RGB EFFECTS
Set the switch into RGB mode. Then press the top button repeatedly for different LED modes.
00:35 - COLORS
With the switch in RGB mode, choose your own color by pressing the top button + right click.
00:47 - EFFECT SPEED
With the switch in RGB mode, adjust the speed of the LED effects by pressing the top button + left click.
01:01 - BRIGHTNESS
With the switch in RGB mode, press the top button + side button 1 or 2 to increase/decrease the brightness.
01:19 - POLLING RATE
Set the switch into PR mode. Then press the top button to switch between 125, 500 and 1000 Hz.
01:36 - LIFT-OFF DISTANCE
Set the switch into LOD mode. Then press the top button to adjust the lift-off distance.
01:50 - USE TOP BUTTON IN-GAME
Set the switch into F11 mode. The top button is now F11, so you can bind it in-game.
02:02 - DEBOUNCE TIME
Press and hold side button 1 and 2 + left and right click for 3 seconds to adjust the debounce time.

First thing I noticed. Mouse came today as well. Got used to it after a few hours of gaming, definitely a fan of Xtrfy (this is the first mouse I've purchased from them) now

Really do wish one of the RGB settings was just a solid non animated color. Either way, amazing that you people managed to include all the controls right on the mouse though! That part is super neat.

I‘m 100% sure this Mouse will be extremly good. I‘m currently using a GPX SL but always next to it a Xm1r. Shape is King should be your Slogan printed on the Box of that Mouse.

Finally got mine in canada through memory express. Someone actually ordered the same mouse a couple days after me so when mine came in they phoned both of us. Well the other guy got mine and I had to wait another week and a half. They gave me 6 bucks back for doing that lol. But now I'm gaming with it and just the shape and lift off distance alone makes me feel more relaxed and faster.

Can we rebind F11 inputs on the mouse? Using software doesn't change the input, F11 just keeps full screening and windowing my applications and I would love to rebind that function to something more productive.

Recommended debounce for reg FPS ?
I love the mouse but when I am in "f11" mode my color still switches when pressing right click and center button. I use that button for "ping" in every single game I play. I cant ping while aiming down sights AT ALL it just switches the color of the mouse.
I'm worried about the size of the mouse. I can't tell if its really small or just the right size for my hand

@rocketjumpninja Hello Zy, I love your content and bought your epic mouse the second i saw it. I m wondering how i can change the "F11 bind" on the DPI bouton. I m actually playing Fortnite and believe it or not the shortcut "F11 = change screen resolution" is harcoded/unchangeable... it s kind of a deal braker for me even though i love this mouse (makes me discover finger grip). Hope you answer this one but anyways thxs for your years of review i hope u keep up the good work on mouse design ;)

What is "Debounce" ? How it works?
You should be able to change that you can have only 2 or 3 CPI levels.
Looking good, but kind of wish there was a software. It's a lot easier to toggle options through an app. Being able to see your settings visually helps with those of us with options ocd. Regardless I love the option, good for linux, and cant wait to get my mouse. Starting to appreciate the leds as being railgun like. Kind of reminds me of changing the rail guns beam color. Would be cooler to dial in a specific color, even though leds are limited. You can get a really nice orange by dialing in.

I have consistently had bad experiences with almost every different keyboard and mouse software I have ever used. I much prefer this.

Hey guys, just got the mouse today. Interesting product so far! If Xtrfy are not going to add software to control the various settings, can you please add additional options to the existing steps? I've been playing at 1000 dpi for the last 10+ years and I'm struggling to adapt to 800 and 1200. I feel like all the dpi settings beyond around 3000 are gimmicky. I'd much rather be able to fine tune my dpi between 800 and 1600 in steps of 100 instead of having the ability to put it at 64000. I firmly believe it was a missed opportunity not to include software customization for people who don't mind using it. Hope this gets addressed in a future firmware update. Thanks!
The only thing holding me back from getting this mouse is they're missing the 2000 range dpi which I used to..
@@KYPMbangi guys, all you have to do is pick the closest DPI setting to the one you really want, note how many cm's you move your old mouse and copy your cm/360 to the new mouse/dpi

you need to set debounce to 2ms, then mouse click latency is top 10 low
no hater but i prefer software rather than memorising this or looking this up every time, and i need programmable buttons due to the many different types of games I play. would have bought the mouse if it had these options i use.

I don't know, money grab wouldn't make much sense...and those people might not see the full picture...of course if involves earning money, but it also involves thinking about what people need and giving (mouse, time, design etc).
It’d be one thing if Xtrfy cloned an existing shape and just put RJNs name on it, but the dudes designed a unique shape we haven’t seen before so he’s put a lot of effort and his knowledge into it.
Hmm while it looks good it's a hard sell compared to the new Orochi V2, we've just seen. A cable in 2021 is quite a turn-off.
What? The Orochi V2 is trash. The g305 has been out already for a long time idk why razer is joining the party so late, long after the trend is dead. This mouse is offering a unique shape paired with amazing switches. Is it going to be game changing? No clue, going to have to wait to see how it feels. The Orochi isn’t offering anything new. The only people who would buy the Orochi would be those who won’t or can’t spend on a GPX or get their hands on a mouse years ahead, the starlight-12. If the Orochi V2 was 40 grams then maybe it would be interesting but it’s not doing anything that makes it a better choice over others on the market.
But yeah cables are meh, rather have this mouse with a cable over a hundred Orochi V2s. Throw it in a bungee and it’ll be great. If the cable is actually improved over the m42 sweet if not just paracord it.

Cable or not makes absolutely no difference to me, actually i prefer a lighter mouse and not having to charge it.
I seriously can't assign a keyboard button to the side buttons? Is this a joke? Sure, it can be handy to go back and forward when browsing, but this is a gaming mouse! I've always used the side buttons for throwing grenades and knifing. Really disappointed.
Personally as a "Gaming Mouse" you really need an on the fly DPI dedicated button and some way to set "your own DPI" I play with 3200 / 3400 / 3600 and 4000. In games like CoD often the guns are more "sluggish" and the fix is a slight DPI increase. The right/left should be on a hair trigger, the scroll should be clicky and precise to switch weapons, the scroll-click must be stable (holding a grenade) e.g. hold and release, and the forward / back pronounced and not mushy.
As much as the shape looks intriguing the shell and the RGB just looks awful.

My main issue with the RGB is the fact its not symmetrical it cuts off on the left side due to the side buttons this mouse shouldn't have had rgb
why even have rgb? it's not a coveted feature among people who would be interested in this sort of mouse

@@blank-jo1xp apparently xtrfy forced the rgb and holes on Zy for sales.. if this mouse sells well which i think it has judging by how often its out of stock there might be a pro version that has no RGB or holes and hopefully wireless

Changing settings mid game is awful for muscle memory, i don't really see the need to do it
This is neat and all, but I cannot think of a reason why this couldn't have just been options in a software menu.
it's because this is an Esports mouse like the zowie mice so you can take it in tournaments without installing the software to change settings on the mouse. but this is what is think.
