Excellent! 👍😊
One doubt. Dann geht er auf den Markt. Auf dem Markt kauft er..... Why "auf den" in the first sentence and "auf dem" in the second sentence?
@@gourirajan4706 Auf Den Markt is akkusativ because the sentence is depicting a movement. Auf Dem Markt is Dativ coz that sentence is describing a location and not a movement.
Waaaaaaawwwww!!!! How excellent explanation really. I was always confused by these words n using as suitable to me kkkkkkk! But now "NO-DOUBT"
Glad it was helpful! 👍😊🙏
Thanks ifeel like i got it now... iam b1 but idont know these rules... now i know ... thanks
Vielen Dank Lehrer
Really helpful Thnk y 🙏☺
Most welcome 😊
5:10 - Easy to miss: *auf* is a two-way preposition, so accusative with *gehen* and dative with *kaufen* . 8:35 - Exception: *nach Hause* , a fixed expression.
👌👍😊

Hi Luzi. Wondering if you have made a video yet on when the different German verbs for "to use" are used? verwenden, gebrauchen, nutzen, benutzen? Thanks, Peter.
Danke für deine Videos. Ich habe gerade TELC A2 bestanden :)
💪💪👍😊
Lieber Lehrer, ich habe eine Frage, wann kann ich Dativ, Akkusativ und Nominativ in einem Satz verwenden und woher weiß ich, wann ich eines davon verwenden muss? Ich denke Sie verstehen meine Frage. Viele Grüße Ak

Grossartig
Hi Luzi First, thank you for all these videos, you’re really helping us a looot to understand everything better. Now i have a question: if “bei” is a preposition which requires Dativ, why didn’t we use “einem” instead of “ein” in the example “Beim Backer kauft er ein Brot” Could you also say if “ein” is in Akkusativ or Nominativ and why? Thank you 🫶🏼
Hello Elena, hope it is not too late for the response! Im also learning the language but I would say that it is due to the fact that kaufen is a transitive verb and therefore requires akkusative for its object, in this case the bread (das Brot), the indefinite article is ein, it would be einen if the noun were masculine and eine if it were femenine, but since Brot is neutral you need to use ein. If you look closer, you can see that Beim Backer, uses Bei + dem, therefore Beim, this first part is indeed using Dativ. Good luck!
Thank you as usual perfect 👌 Could you please say when to use eure and when to use ihre 😅
We have videos to this topic.
Hi, What I find strange is zu is dative and wohin is accusitive. And dative is described as no motion, but it is used with a moving verb. The same with aus. Ich komme aus dem Haus, but how can one come out of somewhere without motion. Anyway, thanks for an excellent video.
True! Those prepositions are fix with their case. Those question words become important when used with two way prepositions in order to distinguish which case to use.
Hallo sir , I have a small doubt . I am actually learning from your videos . I am confused with the following preposition such as Auf, an,zu and bei . Basically Auf- on , an - at/on , zu- to/at , bei-with/at .But in some cases the preposition "at" is used by all of these preposition ( auf,an,zu,bei). Can you please differentiate when the An,Auf ,zu,bei takes "at" cases . I dont see any videos explaining them with "at" cases for all these why and how?
Hi the best teacher Luzi when i watched your all videos A1 and control them very good can i say i passed A1 ? r u explained all A1 in here ? and their are enough for A1 ? i watched all A1 videos how about A2 ? are all A2 available here ? i want start A2 after A1 just in this channel please answer me and please continue share more videos Vielen dank ❤❤

@@yourgermanteacher thanks a million best teacher vielen dank ❤❤
Then what does means nach der schüle
2:43 Why in this example you used “an” as in Ich bin an der Uni., not bei? I’m a little bit confused
Danke Luzi, may I ask why "Dann geht er auf den Markt" use Akkusative, while "Dann fährt er zu einem Restaurant" use Dative? Also we can use zum Restaurant as well right?
Yes correct. Zu is always with dative. Auf can be acc or dat. Auf den Markt is Akkusativ here cause its a movement. Ich gehe…

Danke mit ihnen muss ich B1 bestehen
