  • If you ever feel this challenge needs more negative traits: "The Only Cure" let's you start with a missing arm which slows down everything and makes it so you can't wield anything two-handed. The "More Traits" mod let's you have more addictions as well as starting with injuries such as a broken leg or being totally covered in burns. As well as making your character afraid to use certain weapons.

  • When watching the longer video, I saw how determined to live he was, avoiding death a shocking number of times. Surviving on worms and rotten food, dodging zeds whem they spotted him, and almost getting eating inside the car, he made it so far after much-earned successes. It was so motivating, I almost walked to work instead of driving that night (I live in east TX).

  • The rimworld sea ice series is my favorite set of videos on this channel, and the most calming playlist I ever watched. I would love to see more storytelling from AA in longer format like this again. The shorter narratives are excellent. But the pay-off of longer form content or series leads to much greater attachment and depth.

  • I like this format a lot. The voice over is a lot more digestable than the baroque poetry of previous playthrus. Gerald Williams and Torsquad were beautiful and an accomplishment of writing, but it was easy to have your eyes gloss over eventually. • definitely prefer the long form. drawn together, all of your series will create the ulysses of youtube. there will be scholarly articles, podcasts, and coffee shop talk dissecting the relations between characters. it will take 100 years to understand the intricacies of the colliding worlds. college students in 2098 will be looking up spark notes of torsolo and 100 pawn rimworld. professors will stare down from their podiums with disgust as the pupils complain about video length. he will have loathing in his eye but also a fear-a fear of irrelevance. he’ll return to his office and complain to colleagues about the work ethic of this modern generation. he’ll be taken home in a self driving car, walk through his door, dust off an old dell laptop. he’ll fold it open carefully, like an old book. it takes a few minutes to boot up, but as soon as it does he floats the cursor over a file titled “sims 1, 1 tile” and he is elated. he is satiated. he has not forgotten how to feel.

  • I want to see someone take this idea and make a movie/short film of a dramatized version of this idea. The idea of portraying someone that has all these issues but then something inside them snaps or clicks into place when the zombies come and they just go full efficiency maximization for survival until they craft themselves into a far better state is pretty great. You could do a lot of interesting things to show this progression and the difficulty of it all.

  • Are you going to put the full play through up on the VOD channel? hope hope hope I just recently came across your content and I have binge watched all of the PZ content there and now I am here watching all of this. I have really enjoyed both and enjoy your commentary.
