    • That's good and I'll try doing that because he doesn't understand me talking to him or scolding him.. I'll just turn my back to him if I'm able but usually he'll jump up on the couch or the bed.. he paws & scratches on me something terrible. He's been humping me like crazy for the past month or so.. I'm getting him fixed ASAP!! I pray this helps calm him down at least 50 to 75%.. he'll bite on me. It hurts like hell and I'm beginning to think I made the biggest mistake in the world getting this dog. At least here he's got a big yard to run around and get a lot of his energy out of that he didn't have before. Former owner took him out on the leash a couple times a day. He was happy at first but here for the past 3 or 4 weeks he has driven me nuts. Scratches all over me and he won't lay or sit still for anything in the world. It's been so bad in the past couple nights I have to shut him out of my bedroom so I can go to sleep or he'll keep me up all night long

He was keeping me up all night pawing & scratching me and humping me.. I'm getting him neutered ASAP.. he's 2 years old and he should have been neutered a year or more ago . I'm getting it done and praying to God it calms him down 75% because he's a wild animal and he never stops.. I had to lock hom out of my bedroom for the past two nights to go to sleep

    • I have a male Husky, ( two questions)even as a baby, he goes completely nuts when I touch his leash to go anywhere, talking, hollering, jumping ( even if I'm just moving it) how can I calm him when he does that now still he's now 3? Second- I know he's spoiled when you read this one, but I'll tell him to behave and watch the house when I leave, but when I come in whether 30 min to 3 hrs he'll go nuts whinnying, talking, and turning in circles peeing, how do I get him to stop? Now I don't crate my animals at all, he has free run of the house, there are rooms that I'll keep reminding him that's not his room, but other than that, it's good

Today, my ten month old huskie stops and sits when I do this, even lays down all the way. @84sonmyslab92@84sonmyslab922 жыл бұрын
    • @@84sonmyslab92 mines 3 years old and male. His escape attempts have consisted of pushing family out of the way and making a run for it. He's smart but he hasn't attempted to jump the fence yet and such. I feel like a got a very mild dog for a husky, but he first thing I did was kennel train (essentially his bedroom) and show that I was in charge. At first, I walked him through the perimeter of the yard and let him and the other dogs figure out their hierarchy. My next step was a strict schedule (he goes outside at 6 before everyone leaves for work/school for example). His previous family didn't have a yard, didn't take him out enough, brush him, or anything. Surprisingly he's mostly settled now after almost a month. As for the collar, the best advice I can give since one of my other dogs is also an escape artist and does those same things. Tactical harness and collar. I have a tactical collar for mine, mostly to help train him to sit at the door no matter what until I say. He doesn't mind it, but with our other dog, we had to make sure he couldn't get it over his head. As long as the buckles aren't weak, the collar isn't choking them and it's adjusted to where it's too small for them to pull their head through, then it's fine. They still have a lotta fluff and are super strong. It may also help to associate the harness and collar with something good. Say every time you see they still have it on, give them a small treat after tugging on it or reminding them it's there. Most of the advice and insight I have is from sixty formula and my foster family and how they trained their shepksy. It's really good that you get them out though.

Why doesn't Hila like her nose being booped? It's part of the fun of having a dog lol. Anyway loving your channel, so will deffo keep watching xxx 💖🐾🐺🤗🥰😚😁😂

  • It's funny how a husky could pop any number of baby gates but knows you do this for a reason. I love huskies, malamutes, pitbulls and malinois sooooo much yet my girlfriend is allergic and we have a soon 2 years old golden doodle(still need to adopt him a friend)... I love him a lot but I miss the extreme zoomies lolll. I love your huskies and work!!! Keep it up Sixty Formula I will come back for your videos :)

  • I adopted a adorable 1yr o husky mix last year and HE Is AMAZING ! The reason his old owner abandoned him (giving him to us as a gift) is because he is totally uncontrollable, he pee / poop every where, he destroyed multiple furniture and even dig through a wall (wtf). It’s just because how less attention his old owner gives to him, (15min walk/ day). And he was only 20lb! (u can feel his ribs under his long fur). Now in our house, although we currently are in a small apartment, with a super long walks per day, he NEVER destroyed anything except his chewing toys! He is a super sweet boy and everyone love him😙😙😙

  • A lot of good ideas right up to the prey part. Training collar is the way to go to quickly get them to use to the "leave it" command. I prefer a 3 step collar with beep and buzz before a correction. After just a few days you can off leash walk your dog with squirrels everywhere, and while your dog may still vocalize(and that's okay, they are simply saying hey, I want to chase that squirrel or bird), they will stay right by your side until you release them to go.

  • Turning around is honestly the easiest and best way to calm them down! My 9 month old husky hates when I do it. Hell automatically sit down and if I still face away a for more than a minute he’ll baby whine and then come check on me but is super nice and calm hahha

  • I like the turning my back to my little fluffy guy and it does work, however he now will turn his back to me when he gets upset cause I won’t let him have his way. He’ll also pretend he’s not listening to me while he’s doing it which is so cute and funny

  • I recently got a beautiful crazy husky puppy. I knew with cats that if you turn your back on them or they you, it means they're upset with you. I serendipitously (happy accident) found out it that it makes my puppy calm down. I sat down and ignored her (not on purpose, but I was doing something and had to ignore her) next thing I knew, she went to her bed and fell asleep. Later when she began going bonkers again and NO! Wasn't working, I put her in her pen and calmly turned my back on her. After a couple minutes, (maybe not even that long) she went into her bed and calmed down. I thought "hmmmm?" And "googled" how to calm down a crazy husky puppy which brought me here. I laughed when I saw you talking about turning your back... hahahahaha 😂. Love all the comments! Glad to hear everyone's huskies are the same way and my puppy isn't broken 😆

  • My Puppers was wild when we had company, a knock on the door set him off, he was our doorbell. So when company was coming, we had them call first so we could meet them outside. He would pee circles around his human family, inside or out. Lots of talking and bouncing. Miss my Puppers everyday. RIP baby boy.

  • Great video. The outdoor/squirrel attraction is the hardest to deal with. My Husky is not extremely food/treat oriented. He pays no attention to treats when he is outside with distractions of nature. Any suggestions for something if food is not a prime motivator?
