I agree after hurting my shoulder with the left hook, I put some serious work on the doubleend and now even my bodyshots are way better. Ya can make it yaself with a rubber a kettlebell/dumbell and a ball(soccerball)

My favourite type of bag for training sharpness and accuracy. The characteristics can be changed significantly by simply adjusting the tension in the cords or the amount of air in the bag.
