  • My mom doesn't wear her wedding ring anymore because when she was pregnant with me, her finger bloated and the ring got stuck, then she had to get it cut open, then get it resized, but it bloated again a week later and the ring got stuck again 😅 now she destests her wedding ring 😂💍

  • My father is 66 years old and i never saw him wearing his wedding ring in my whole life. He only wore his wedding ring the day he married my mom and afterwards he put it in a drawer in his nightstand. He doesn’t wear it because he has huge fingers and works with machinery whole days. But although he never wears his ring they are still married after 47 years so i think they’re good. A ring is nice but doesn’t say a thing about a good or bad marriage. It’s literally not a big deal. I actually love that a younger couple still understands what’s important in marriage and doesn’t care to much about the jewellery it involves. You guys are a great power couple and are going to be the best parents ever👍❤️.

  • I can see that actually because my dad hasn’t wore his wedding ring for years. He’s a mechanic and his fingers are really swollen as well so it’s really small on him now. And he actually almost had his ring finger cut off because of it. He used to wear it around his neck but with the near death experiences he has had with wearing jewelry while working on machines and doing mechanical work he just took it off completely.

  • I’m happily engaged; getting married this October. I love wearing rings so I haven’t taken my engagement ring off since I got it. My fiancé is the same as me he wears his everyday. But honestly I would be totally cool if he doesn’t wear his, I respect it. We actually picked out two different type of wedding rings for us. One is more like an everyday wear and the other is more fancier. I totally agree yall should do tattoos

  • I can’t remember my mom wearing her wedding ring because it got too small when she got pregnant with my younger brother. She started wearing her engagement ring, which I do remember. Then she got pregnant with her last kid and it got too small. Hasn’t worn any ring since. 🤷‍♀️Rings don’t have to be a symbol of your love I guess.❤️❤️

  • My husband also doesn’t wear a wedding ring for the same reason. It started because he used to play a lot of basketball pre-Covid and it would bother him to have the ring on. He is trying all of them hates all of them equally it just never worked out. Same as Abbie I wear mine because it was well WAY more expensive and I don’t want to lose it plus I don’t mind the feeling of it on.

  • My husband doesn’t wear his wedding either. I guess you could say he doesn’t like rings in general. We been happily married for 17 years and 3 kids. We have great communication and trust and loyalty so it really doesn’t bother me.

  • I don’t wear mine cause I was lifeguard for 6 years and the heat would my finger swell up and when i would sweat it would get loose. My husband is navy so he has to take his off for work all the time. Now I’m pregnant and don’t wear it unless we around family or going out. I wear a silicone band 90% of the time or just no band. I have tan line still from it. I’m getting my husbands first initial tattooed on my wedding ring finger
