Bit of a weird thing to say, of course you’re ready you’re a 27yo 16-0 pro Olympic pedigree boxer who’s sparred all over the world calling out a 21yo 11-0 boxer who is still learning. This fight only gets bigger & better. Azim gets smoked at this stage, it’s hardly criminal they’re avoiding putting him into fight whilst he develops. Why would you fight for a european belt if youre not willing to defend it against the people the organisation want you to fight against, its like fighting for a world title knowing if you win it theres a mandatory due who you dont want to fight so you vacate it without defending it, just seems pointless to me.

As a casual and boxing noob, boxing is so weird and hard to understand lol. If the guys not ready to fight all contenders and "still needs development time" why the hell did he fight for the damn title in the first place 🤣 If youre just gonna vacate as soon as there is a tough contender that gets mandated, you were never worthy of being called a champion.
Because boxing is a corrupt carny show masquerading as a real sport. There’s no reason to follow rankings and belts and mandatories, because there’s nothing but moving goal posts there. Basically just watch for the two guys in the rings and nothing else.

I think this fight has already been set and signed, they just making look like it’s a demanding fight from the public, so it attracts more viewers that’s all.
Jordan turning in to a bit of a bitter individual and showing just how unbalanced his views are. At least he’s admitted to being close to Ben Shalom which explains his failure to criticise Sky’s disappointing period. Simon has an obsession with being in control and the centre of attention and I think he feels that he can influence Ben Shalom’s promotional career. I used to love the way he talked so freely and wasn’t scared to upset anyone but recently he’s shown an unhealthy dislike of Hearn.
