While I do prefer having the seats with remotes and some advanced controls, honestly it is not necessary. That is where the BB-550 and 550 come in, they have all of the features you want without the cost of the features you don't need. So while there are other models that have some great features, these two sister seats are fantastic, and work great! Be sure to watch my review coming this week.

Of all the bidets you have had in your home, are any of the lids SITABLE? I'd hate to have to post in the bathroom a note on the toilet telling guests that they can only sit on the toilet/bidet with the lid up because otherwise they will crack/break the lid. Also, the actual bidet seats which are the most comfortable? I know you have said you prefer one and your wife the other. Neither my husband or myself have small derrieres.
