Good idea with the rotating wheel. I will also make a sandblaster, it is very much needed in the workshop. Nice work.
Nice finished result there. The only thing I'd have wanted to do differently would be to have made to top half of the main cabinet and the stand/collection hopper as 2 separateable units. If you ever move workshop it would make transporting the thing a lot less hassle. Apart from that one minor gripe, it's a perfectly executed project.

A trick I use. When spreading silicone put a plastic bag over your finger. You can keep folding the bag over the silicone you pull off. Your hand stays clean and gives the same look it you don’t have the tool for spreading silicone seams.

Very nicely done, if you work on vehicles a lot then you may regret not putting a door on both sides. This cabinet is very similar to the one I rescued from a scrap yard but mine has bolt on side wing extensions at the doors which allow me to blast a 1 ton truck axle if I wish to. I love the pex type air line but when I switched to aluminum then I noticed that I could knock some moisture out of the air from the temperature change of the pipe surface.
That's what I was thinking too.

Excellent job, but if I was to go to the trouble of building one I would have designed it so it wouldn't have ledges for my media to build up on. I liked the turntable feature.👍 My cabinet is kind of deep and its not easy to reach things that get towards the back.

I am hard to impress, but you did it. 😁 I also downloaded the drawings, but a spec sheet or materials list would be nice. I plan on making two of them, the second one will be a hot tank cleaner for car parts. A couple of Qs: Thickness of the steel? Cold rolled mild steel? I am considering using AR400 for the sheet steel. My dust collection system will work well with this. Thanks!

Great workmanship man! I really like it! I have a DIY cabinet of my own and I would only suggest u change one thing and that is to run 3/8” fitting and line from the cabinet to the gun and 1/2” line to the conpressor if its more then 5m away, the speed of blasring so greatly improves. Cheers!
Yup, I agree. I'd even go with a ⅝" line from compressor to gun on a regulator so I could dial it up or down depending on media & project.
