Hey, dude...thats a very professional build. I am planing to build a sandblaster for very long...hmmm..maybe this year, if i have time on hand... One tip..Put metal insect mesh in front of the glass . (inside) Then the glass panel will last much longer.. Greets from Germany..

Love it! But dangit. You beat me to it lol I am making one soon myself for my channel. Ohhhh it's a buildoff bud! lol. I doubt mine will be as nice.. but NOW.. I am going to have to improvise to impress you ;)
I hope that isn't regular (silica) sand you used. Silica breaks down into fine dust that can be suspended in air up to hours or even days and causes irreversible lung disease called silicosis. Great job on the build! I'm also curious what gauge sheet you used.
Nice project. Calling this 'easy' is relative though. Easy because you have many usefull tools on hand.

Better tools then most and skill makes all the difference

Изготовление неплохое, но есть нюансы по конструкции. Лампы будут матовыми за неделю использования, они должны стоять снаружи и светить через стекло, которое можно заменить. Отверстие под вытяжку на мой взгляд очень маленькое для камеры такого объема, в заводской камере раза в 3 больше. Ну и работать песком это баловство, дробь и только дробь

Сделал недавно примерно такую же кабинку для пескоструя. Использовал такой же пистолет Kraftool. Так как делал с минимальными затратами , то использовал имеющийся бак на 420 литров от дизель-электрического крана . Установил на чердаке гаража-мастерской, благо лестница есть изнутри. Поленился делать наклон для окна , да и бак немного непрямоугольный , раздутый. В холодную погоду потеет немного от дыхания, тем более у меня повыше стоит и руки могу по самые плечи засунуть. Но я завел шланги рядом с правой рукой. Там стоит емкость от краски на 25л. В другую такую же ссыпается ,через нижний бункер, правда у меня откосы не от краев и часть песка остается и приходится через дверь иногда сметать. В качестве света лампа LED 11вт в корпусе старого прожектора. Поставил вытяжной вентилятор с выводом воздуха во фронтоне под козырьком и с клапаном. Пылесос есть строительный, но шум лишний зачем? Фильтр тоже думал поставить, но у нас и без него не критично. Бункер снизу у меня легкосъемный, так как является еще бункером для дробилки. Пыли немного, видно все отлично. На окошко поставил поликарбонат литой 5мм, протирать надо время от времени. Обшлага перчаток у меня сшиты из сварочной зимней куртки, но не спилк, а типа силикона материал. Не дубеет зимой и пылится не будет как джинса у вас. И на шлангах тоже из него рукав общий сделан. Так как сваркой нельзя на чердаке работать было, а бак там уже стоял и он тяжелый, пришлось крепить обшлага перчаток по периметру кольцом снаружи на саморезах, что немного сложнее. Пользовался с удовольствием, хотя компрессор у меня 24л + 2 газовых баллона по 50 литров и производительность 210 л/мин.

Nice build it came out super nice. But why do you put the cutting disc on the grinder backwards and then cut backwards too? Cutting like that with a grinder it's more dangerous.. why the hart hat tho
What Compressor you use (psi and l/min)?
you need rubber liners inside your cabinet, also 2-3mm thick rubber gloves with rubber sleeves, the glass needs a second layer as it will quickly become dull

The results are great, but describing it as "easy" to build is a bit of a stretch. Most home hobbyists don't have a big lathe, a wire welder, etc.
Is it possible that your angle grinder runs the wrong way ore is it just me questioning this ???😅😅😅😂
It's all simple if you have the funds/tools. Otherwise, suggesting easy is a bit of self indulgence if not outright arrogance. But thanks anyway.
This can be built with a angle grinder and a drill. Your comment is quite ignorant. You can have all the tools and money in the world but if you can’t think outside the box they are worthless.
