8:00 I think it goes by quick enough it could be under appreciated. That is one of the scariest and most dangerous events I’ve seen in 30 years of pulling. That driver is incredibly blessed to not have had their legs ripped off or at the very least seriously destroyed in that event.

We got some fire, get him Boy’s!!!” The excitement and sheer enthusiasm that is present in the announcer’s voice is incomparable to almost any other announcer heard on just about any sport or any show. I mean I don’t know if he maybe had some fear in there but that more came off as a 3 year old on CHRISTMAS🎄Morning when he got the brand new BumbleBee Power Wheels or something sure tickled his fancy up there in that announcing booth. 😂😂😂 That about made the whole video for me!!!

For the cost of these machines, I can’t believe they don’t have on board fire suppression systems. Would be a lot cheaper than replacing all the stuff that burns up.

The company I work for is very safety oriented. I can hardly stand to see some of these guys in an open top tractor, no helmet, no hearing protection, no eye protection, no roll bar, no on board fire extinguisher, not even gloves on. Very risky and unsafe.

- They were trying!!! There is 20 GALLONS of Methanol in that Tank on the Back!! When he Grenaded the Front Motor, some of the Shrapnel cut one of the Fuel Lines and you had Methanol pouring out on Burning pieces of metal on the Track!!! You can see the Heat from a Methanol Fire, not the Flame!! What I don't understand is WHY did it take the Sled Operator SO LONG to back him up!!! You back the Rig up then you can deal with the Fire on the Rig!!!

- I'm pretty sure those are intended for protecting the driver, or extinguishing the driver once they are off, not as a means of trying to extinguish a large alcohol fire.
