1. Make up Your Mind.
This is very important. If you make half-hearted efforts to lose weight, you are never really going to succeed. So develop a strong determination, that is what you want and you will do anything it takes to achieve your goal.
2.Stop eating all simple carbs.
such as flour, sugar, starchy vegetables like potatoes, and most grains. These foods cause blood sugar to spike and the pancreas to release insulin to turn all that excess sugar into fat. This is very important do to for losing weight.
3.Increase your water intake.
Eliminate soda, sweet teas, highly sugared coffee drinks, processed fruit juices and alcohol. Instead, drink water. It can help flush toxins from your system. Several studies recommend that women consume 2.8 quarts of water and men consume 3.9 quarts every day.
4.Increase your fiber intake.
Fiber helps you to cut your food cravings and act as natural appetite suppressant. Also most of the fiber rich foods are low on the fat content
Try to eat at least 5 serving of fruits and vegetables per day. Fruits that are high in fiber include apples, bananas, strawberries, citrus fruits, prunes, pears and tangerines.
Switch to whole grain or whole wheat bread. White bread is low in fiber.
Switch to a high fiber cereal or oatmeal for breakfast. Some cereals that are high in fiber include Raisin Bran, Cracklin' Oat Bran, Grape-Nuts, All-Bran and Fiber One.
Make sure to include peas, beans and legumes in your diet. Foods that will help you add these to your meal plan include: lentil soup, bean burritos, chili with beans, split pea soup, 3-bean salsa, and refried beans.
Switch from regular pasta to whole wheat pasta, and from white rice to brown rice.
Choose high fiber snacks, such as popcorn or whole grain crackers, instead of candy bars or other high-fat, sugary foods.
5.Increase Your Metabolism -- Eat 5-6 small meals every 2-3 hours daily. It has been scientifically proven that by eating frequently, you will raise your body's natural metabolism. That means your body will burn more fat naturally. And You become a fat burning machine all day long.
6.Eliminate processed foods.
Such as burgers and Pizza, cakes, pastas, and get more good carbohydrates such as oats, brown rice and jacket potatoes to ensure that your blood sugar levels are kept even and you have plenty of energy.
7.Don't eat at nights.
At nights the body prepares itself for sleep and it naturally begins to slow down. So you are more likely to gain weight when you eat at nights because your metabolic rate slows down and you are no longer active so you don't burn many calories. So avoid eating food after 9 pm.
8.Exercise Everyday.
Do aerobic exercise four to five days a week. Several studies show that aerobic activities cause your metabolism to stay at an elevated level for a period of time after you have finished exercising.
9.Running (link) running Every day is best, but try to run at least 3-4 times a week. If you are lacking motivation, join a running group or ask your friend.
10.Bicycling
Get out and ride a bike, but remember to pedal fast. Riding your bike around the track, or on a dirt track in your neighborhood, can burn as much as 500 to 1,000 calories an hour.
11.Squats.
Do about 2-3 sets of 20-30 repetitions. These are important because they target the buttocks and leg muscles. These are the largest muscles in our bodies.
12.Jumping rope.
can be a fun exercise and extremely efficient in not only helping you to lose weight, but to give you coordination, build your leg muscles, and help your cardiovascular system.
13 and finaly .Stay Motivated. And Measure Body Fat. Every 2 weeks using a fat caliper
Shoot pictures of yourself every 2 weeks: front, back & side. The side pictures will show the most change.

  • Just some tips from myself: If you're sick of gaining weight and not losing any, putting it off til another day is the worst way to lose motivation. As soon as you can, get stuck into a regular routine. Being confident that you will not give in, even to tempation of your friends eating in front of you. Rely on yourself for motivation, otherwise it can fall apart if you cling onto somebody else to motivate you. For exercises, if running is too hard, I suggest walking for 2-3 miles/kilometers at least 4 times a week, at the same time, every day. Allow that 4 days to become 5 or 6 days etc. If you need some sort of motivation, use music to push you further, matching the beat of the song to your workout rhythm. Also, a quick (and some say unhealthy) way to lose weight is not eating before walking/running. Your body requires something to burn off, it might be harder, but your body burns fat faster and quicker. Don't overwork yourself though. And finally, be prepared to "torture yourself". What I mean by that is to ignore cravings of food. It's too easy to eat in between meals, but it's important to let your body burn off an appropriate amount of food. Rather than feeding yourself. A good thing to keep in mind is knowing you will be disappointed in yourself if you keep eating junk, and let yourself go on a proper diet. Cut obvious sugar & fat. High fiber cereal with fruit and no added sugar is always a good option. Don't believe the lie that you should "reward" yourself with some fries and something once you've worked out. The real reward is looking back in 3 months and seeing the change that you brought to yourself. Feeling happy and confident. All the best. RIP fat.

  • great video, the number 1 tip was really good. People start a diet and expect big results and expect it to be easy.. or they give in into cravings.. they dont want it bad enough. Been bulking for 6months now and gained 36lb. Both Muscle and fat...and reached 21% BF. And there is nothing to stop me cut down to 8% BF. Its all in the head... if you want it bad enough, you will get there.. simple. You just gotta do the right things.

  • I am disabled and use a power chair and don't have the ability to do many kinds of exercise that you mentioned in the video. I wish someone could do a video on how someone in a power chair could lose weight without standing and or using their feet like riding a bike and squatting.

  • Extreme fat loss is easily achieved with frequent squat exercises. You could use a dumbbell as an additional aid to flex that biceps. The squat exercise allows you to move frequently that burns a whole lot of fat and helps firm up the muscles on the legs. Other examples of this type of workout are the lunges and the split squats.

    • Sorry i meant i lost 10KG in a week easy. I just didn't eat much i ate breakfast every morning and drank liquid but for the rest of the day i didn't eat. no working out no work, i recommend drinking water it kills your hunger.

  • Ps. I watched some videos on eating 6 small meals but no one could tell me how small and how to make them and what is a serving? Is an apple one meal and one serving or is a apple and brown rice a meal, or a small amount of each like a half of an apple and half of a serving of brown rice a meal?

Some women wilI try to just do more and more cardio as a means to achieve the negative calorie balance, but this often Ieads to overtraining or overuse injuries.............
