Lets take apart the new Samsung S24 Ultra! Grab one of my teardown skins for your own phone HERE: www.dbrand.com/teardown
HUGE thanks to Moxtec for letting me borrow their XRF Scanner. If you ever want to build a rover to analyze other planets - check them out: www.moxtek.com/ and massive thanks to @NFTI for letting me borrow his forge so we can separate the plastic, aluminum, and Titanium of the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
I'm a big fan of Titanium smartphones, its a super cool metal. And I'm glad to see that both Samsung, and Apple are using the real stuff. Even if it is different grades of the Titanium material.
Samsung is using Grade 2 Titanium, and Apple is using Grade 5 Titanium.

    • Probably does. However bette maintainability and parts availability would make that redundant, e.g. you just replace the screen in 5 minutes for cheap (first party FP4 screen is £70, samsung could get their better screens down to likely half the cost given the much larger scale) if you happen to break it instead of the phone being super expensive in the first place as an attempt to make the screen less likely to break.

The issue is blackberry used a thin sheet of plastic to cover the top with just a flat hole, so you could easily damage the microphone.
